I ordered the veggie stack and had to wait 20 minutes even though it was not busy because they forgot I ordered. They gave me some free pastries to apologize, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the veggie stack was still cold (it had ice in the center) even though it was advertised as a hot meal. And the free muffin they gave me had a strand of hair.
For the price point, I was disappointed by the service I received.
