Definitely not worth it, the fish was lacking seasoning & soda machine was broken.

This place does not live up the expectation of having Gordon’s name on it. The food was plain, the location looks dirty and lacks maintenance. Not worth your time or money.

Food was overly priced for how bad it was. Tasted like a rip off Captain Ds.

Most dissapointing experience. Food was highly priced but did not live up to expectations one bit. Service was slow as hell. Soda machine was broken. No seasoning in place. Staff was rude and overall was not expecting this kind of service from a michelin star chef's establishment. Avoid at all costs.

Food, atmosphere, and employees were very good. We are on a trip from Tennessee and really enjoyed ourselves

Incredibly disappointing; cheap looking fast food place, soda fountain broken so giving 500ml bottles instead but no refills / extras etc. slow service. Food ok but nothing special. Small portion sizes. Needs a revamp/refresh. Would not recommend

Great fish and chips in a fast food atmosphere. I had the shrimp and fish which were both absolutely hot from the fryer and delicious. Local beers and other drinks are available.

Family tried the Gordon’s Combo with dirty truffle fries, and the chicken combo with dirty bacon, cheddar, green onions, and sour cream! We had the curry mango, sirracha aioli, and southwest ranch for our sauces. Everything was delicious, staff were all polite and nice, and atmosphere was great!

Dear Edward

I was expecting a Gastropub and was unaware it was a QSR otherwise, I might’ve skipped it. Being from the UK, I felt it unnatural to not have a pint of suds to go along with the fish & chips. I don’t expect much from chip shop but I do expect an ale. Also, the chips were American in style, which made it Inauthentic.
I think it would be a great place if they made it into a Gastropub instead.
Cheers

Place is kind of running on fumes. The food is extremely salty and borderline inedible.

We had a great family experience at Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips in Times Square. The fish was crispy, flavorful, and unlike any fish and chips I’ve tried before—truly a unique taste that stands out. The sauces added a fun twist, and you can tell the recipe has been crafted with a lot of thought and care.
