Ramen in New York is often mediocre, but I think the Kitakata ramen here is the closest to Japanese soy sauce ramen among the ramen shops in Manhattan. The seasoning of the chashu, menma, and boiled egg is not customized for America, and the soup is not too sweet and has depth, so I think this is the kind of soy sauce ramen that Japanese people want.

It's in a relatively new restaurant mall, so the inside is clean, and it's in a somewhat remote area, so it's quiet. I would like to have enough customers to keep it from collapsing.

As a side note, when I ate the fried chicken at a restaurant, it felt ordinary, but when I took it home and ate it half a day later, it tasted strangely delicious. I'll take it home next time. I will visit again.

Thank you for the meal!

Always tasty, good quality, nice diversity of options from chicken to soup, and edamame or dumplings. The best in the neighborhood, inside Gotham West food market.

If you don't want to eat garbage, don't visit this place. When we went to ask the clerk for explanations, he began to insult us. I don't put zero, because you can't.

The Ramen is ok, soup is rich and full of flavor. Topped Char siu is soft, and the fat just fall into the soup. Ramen is tasty, the thick noodles bring a little chewy texture and easy bring soup flavor with one bite. However, the price is little high.

It is in a place where there are different types of restaurants, we chose the ramen one, a very good option, all the dishes were very good. There are tables to eat inside, due to its size it is relatively quiet.

There is a soy sauce base / miso base, and within that there is a basic flavor and a spicy flavor.

The photo is

It was my first time trying kitakata ramen and it was delicious. The char siu melted in my mouth haha.

It's great for a quick bite to eat after seeing Intrepid.

It was just fine. Maybe the room lacked energy cus I went late. The fried chicken was fine. The ramen was small for 20’. Won’t go back
