Update: Unfortunately due to the changes in the chefs and the food sourcing I have to give this a low rating. Previously this was 5 star. The staff is still amazing and great to talk to. However the sushi quality has gone so down hill that in some cases it has been unbearable. Some of my guests have even gagged. Again it has been amazing historically and some of the sushi is still very good but in terms of raw sashimi it is often not only underwhelming but also of poor quality. This is more often true at the counter. The table sushi for random dishes is still decent. Staff is great though.

The sushi was def above average and decent. My only gripe is that it took about 1 hr before our food came out so we were just sitting staring into the empty space too long. It wasn't even a full house, so not sure why it was so slow
