The burgers were excellent! The bartender Sam was efficient and very friendly. We were tired after just arriving at the hotel and needed some comfort food and this supplied it very nicely!

The dinner menu is limited but has a nice steak, great entree salads as well as a top notch burger available every day along with wings, chilli and other finger food. In addition there is a rotating menu which changes every day. I ate here on a recent Wednesday (which is Pork Chop day) and the meal was fantastic and reasonably priced. Located at the bar of the Four Points Times Square hotel, which recently went through a full renovation, the atmosphere is casual but upscale. The highlights of the meal included Sam the bartender, who provided great service and was very friendly as well as Chef Alex who came by with complimentary empanada's and chips and salsa. Definitely worth a visit.

Spot on. Lovely, fresh food and very friendly staff. Good value for money in a great location. Excellent!

I ate here once for breakfast. The staff was courteous. I can't say I will ever do that again. The food was semi-overcooked. It definitely was not worth the price I payed. I would rather go out and find a nice bagel place to eat.

While the staff were fine, the food was a completely disappointing. The pasta was bland and sauce watery. My friend ordered the fish and chips and when brought out it was clear they are using store bought freezer fish.

Made a reservation for 9pm on 1/23. When we arrived, we were told the kitchen was behind approximately 40 minutes. While this was understandable due to the blizzard going on that day, we said we were happy to wait and have a few drinks. We were seated, but never given any menus. We waited 30 minutes with no waiter, no water, no drinks. In fact, no other employee ever said another word to us. We saw 2 male employees running in and out of the kitchen doing all of the work while 3 female employees stood around at the front check in on their smart phones the entire time. The only thing they did was turn customers away. I'm not sure I'll even come back to redeem my gift certificate. Terrible experience all the way around. Someone needs to seriously examine the staff and get rid of those useless standabouts.

We wanted to find an easy place near our hotel on the night before catching an early flight out of town. Described as a "gem" of a place, this seemed promising. A quick look through the menu provided on the Open Table site gave us some solid options as a reasonable price. In the end, I felt as though the description of the restaurant on Open Table and the actual place were worlds apart. This is a glorified kitchen attached to a room where complementary breakfast is served each morning to the Sheraton guests. The space was dark. The menu was extremely scaled back from the menu online, and I found myself searching to try to find the best option. The guacamole was not good--maybe a mix with some avocado pieces thrown in for good measure? Our salads were basic and perfectly good, so in the end it was fine, and our waitress was delightful. I just think it is important to not overstate this place--this is no hidden "gem."

The environment was interesting because there were not many people there at the time, so we were treated to special attention by the Chef and his staff. The Chicken Parmegian and Pulled Pork Sandwich were very good, coupled with a lovely bottle of Spanish Pilot Grigio!

Tried this quiet spot inside the Sheraton because we had a Restrauant.com certificate. The food was more than reasonably priced for the quality. Delicious fish tacos and meatloaf. Started with some kicking corn fritters and chips & guacamole. Decent selection of beers to accompany dinner. Recommended for a quiet spot to get a good meal!

Great chicken soup! Great regional beer! Small place but cosy. Good staff.

We found refuge here as NY was being inundated with snow and we were staying at the hotel next door. The food was adequate, service quite good and friendly as we were practically the only ones there. However, this is more a very small coffee shop than a restaurant. I would recommend it only in an emergency such as ours.
