This is not a margarita, def a very very cheesy pizza with tomato’s thrown on. Did not taste fresh.

Enjoyed a bottle of beer in the clean friendly cafe most evenings of our stay, watching the world go by before heading out to see the city night life.

If you are expecting to eat something fresh or made to order, this is not the right place. Everything is frozen, they simply take it out of the packaging and heat it up. Additionally, the young ladies working at the counter whisper among themselves when you order something as simple as a coffee. In my case, I ordered a coffee and some water, and they were talking and laughing among themselves because I also asked for water. Honestly, it was a very uncomfortable experience, and the atmosphere felt like they didn’t want you there. In any case, I was staying at the hotel, and when it comes to the customer service provided by these young ladies, I would rate it 1/10 for their friendliness.

Very convenient and clean place close to Times Square. It is easy to find where to eat in this area of town but not many places have sufficient seating room and a pleasant atmosphere like this one. Standard lunch fare like
Sandwiches and salads is good.

A coffee shop attached to the hotel we were staying in.I asked for a Vanilla Oat Latte (Hot) and an Iced Mocha, however, what I got was an Iced Vanilla Oat Latte and an iced Mocha. We waited around 5 minutes for the drinks so I didn’t bother waiting around for a hot coffee and took the iced latte. Both drinks were nice but it would’ve been better if they had got it right the first time.

Beautiful place, delicious food and cafeteria, especially to rest from the noise of Times Square! The girls who serve are a love and very kind.

Best experience ever!!! Was walking by the Riu plaza and saw a sign for $5.95 coffee and pastry. Just had to check it out and was so impressed. $5.95 included a fresh cappuccino and a pastry. Looking at the coffee machine I knew it would be great and it was and the danish was fresh and delish. Service was excellent and you could sit inside at the Riu hotel. Total win win… thank you!

The service was excellent ? , the coffee was good and so was the muffin . It's one of the cheapest places in New York to have a coffee and muffin .

A quiet, nice place to sit down. Food/drink was ok.
Fast food and very clean!
Ordered a bagel. They forgot to put it in. 10m later they came out with a flattened panini press bagel out of their freezer. Want a fresh nyc bagel? Go anywhere else.
All overheated and old, bad customer service and the price too high for old food ☹️☹️
