Haven't had Grace Street for so long and I remember enjoying the drinks here back then.

Got the lavender milk tea which was my usual. It was pretty sweet and the tapioca made it sweeter so I didn't find it enjoyable. I still liked the flavour but it was a bit too sweet.

They were doing some renovations so it felt a bit squished and dark in there.

Nice dessert spot with great vibes. Sometimes it can be quite busy so get there early or go on off hours. Desserts are delicious, and if sharing with friends you can easily keep it less costly and still try a lot of dessert.

the bingsu was really more like ice cream than bingsu. bingsu shaved ice should be more fine and powdery. the texture of the strawberry and lychee was also too slimy. the tiramisu latte was excellent though.

Matcha Beignets and hot Lavender Milk Tea just hit the spot... perfect for a chilly December day in the City. They take your order as you enter (be ready to be tempted to order everything from the menu, but remember the serving is plentiful enough to be shared) and is ready to pick up from the counter inside. While this place gets filled very quickly, there are lots of chairs and tables. The atmosphere was lively, with lots of customers who were happily taking pictures of and diving into the amazing desserts and drinks.

They have some great snacks, including tanghulu, bingsu, cheesecake, and bubble tea. I got some bingsu, and it was loaded to the sky. Mine came with strawberry, rose syrup, and lychee, and honestly, it was delicious. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that they were so busy that we might as well have been eating outside because the cold air was just blasting inside.

Perfect. Elixir bingsoo is the best. Mango is pretty good. The matcha cheesecake is to die for. Lavender milk tea is great for those who like fragrant teas like earl grey. I love this place and recommend it for everyone coming here.

I came here for a sister’s date. You must order upon entering in order to sit down. There are 5 steps so it’s not accessible if you have a wheelchair. The food took 10+ minutes to be ready and it was somewhat busy. They use beepers to inform you the food is ready and stock the utensils often. There is no restroom here which sucks because I would order more if there was. There is ample seating, and outlets. The food was soooo yummy! The boba toast was so amazing if you hesitate please try it. My sister got the waffles which were perfect as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: 5 steps to get into the building.
