We have dined here many times however, the qualify and taste of food has gone downhill. Our lobster rolls were horrible and so bad we will never eat here again. Suggest you stay away and there are much better places to eat. It's now just a novelty place with bad food. Management is not any better.

Tried to order off their menu. Clam Chowder? Nope. Beer (any beer, you’ve got thirty taps)? Every keg is floated.
This is at 7pm on a Saturday night. Not a good sign.
I order the lobster roll with a Caesar salad. Salad was bitter and wilted, lobster was served on a hotdog bun… and was the smallest I’ve ever seen. All around the experience was garbage.
The food was trash, the service was trash, the only thing going for Grand Banks has is atmosphere. You’re going to pay the teeth for terrible food and good atmosphere.
I left and found better food at a bar. Save yourself the frustration and go ANYWHERE else but here.

What a spot! Might be the most scenic venue in New York City, you feel like your water side in New England. However, unlike some of the other waterfront restaurants in New York City, the food is actually very good. Looking forward to going back very soon.
Always a good spot on a sunny day. But make sure to be okay with motion sickness since you are on a boat

Went there for dinner. View was amazing. Great atmosphere. Food was ok. $36 lobster roll was too tiny. Fries were cold. In the end when asked for the check, they charged money for tap water as CHARITY WATER. WHAT A SCAM!!! Everything's already been so expensive in this place and they still have the audacity to charge money for tap water!!! When complained about it, manager ANTHONY got emotional and started being rude. Anthony, if you can't handle customer complaints, quit! After we paid our bill, Anthony told us to leave the place. What an unprofessional behavior. I'm surprised this guy got a job there. I wonder why Anthony did not try to kick me out before we settle the bill. So unprofessional. That guy should not be there working!!! What an embarrassment for the place like this. CHARITY WATER ANTHONY????? Shame on you Grand Banks.
The food was great, the views were phenomenal, the ocean breeze was refreshing but most of the items we wanted from their menu were out of stock. The servers were not attentive and the food took long.

Seated and waited for more than 15 minutes without getting any servers. Later our waitress apologized for not being acknowledged our table. Great views and atmosphere. Foods were great and delicious. Unfortunately cocktails and beverages were not great for the price. Oysters were not too bad either.
