There is another bakery in Tribeca with a notoriously rude OWNER - many bad reviews about her- so I’m glad we have better options.

I have been going here since Grandaisy split from Sullivan St Bakery. This is my favorite bread bakery in NYC. The filone has such a consistently beautiful crackling crust and a fluffy soft interior like no other bakery even from fancy restaurants.

The pizza was absolutely flavorless but that’s not the main issue. Witnessed an employee DIG in her ears, touch her lips, pick her nose and then serve food without gloves. That’s crazy to even type this out. Disgusting coffee was good though
