Best bakery ever. I can't find a single place in flushing with these prices. The elderly lady that works there is kind and patient. She will let you know when shes ready for you if someone is ahead of you so in that time u can browse the giant selection of pasties

Walk a few blocks away from the tourist trap, over-crowded area of Chinatown, and come here for your carb fixes. Easily half the cost of the Canal/Mott Street area bakeries. And they taste great. As always, cash is King in Chinatown, dawg!

A place where a lot of locals go. Usually their sweets and hot bar is great and we’ll priced. They cause make a nice and sweet iced coffee.

I love this little mom and pop bakery and it's becoming increasingly rare to find the local joints. It's about as authentic as it gets with sweet old grandmas and grandpas reading their newspaper and enjoying their teas and pastries. I almost don't want this place to become too discovered since I'm scared this amazing place will get fancy and gentrified. Everything I've had there was delicious and fresh. The lady is quite nice. Cash only!

Excellent bakery with fresh and delicious baked goods, from buns to cakes and cookies. I love their lemon rolls, cream bun, pineapple bun, cheesecake, milk tea, bubble milk tea, etc. It's on the other side of Chinatown but worth the walk. Definitely better than Tai Pan, Manna, and Fay Dat.

I used to go here a lot, but I bought some spongecake recently, it was foul. I opened the package and instantly I could smell it was sour and off. I tried to take a bite to make sure and I had to spit it out. It also had a dead fruit fly on it. I walked back to get a refund. They initially wanted to replace it, but I didn't want to risk getting another rotten cake, so I had to request a refund.

Genuinely amazing buns that are only $1.25 each. I don't know how they manage to keep their prices so low but they make no sacrifices in quality. I got the taro bun, the cream bun, and the bbq pork bun, and all 3 were very good. Will definitely be coming back here many times in the future.

price is fair, quality is ok. popular with old customers here as a place to relax. tables can be cleaner though

Been here a few times now. The coconut buns are absolutely amazing. They cost about $1.30 and the taste is just incredible. The buns themselves are not too sweet but just sweet enough and the coconut cream inside is just delicious. I've gotten a few other things from here and the pastries are always good. You will not find more reasonably priced baked goods in the city. Do not be fooled by appearances. Just amazing baked goods at an even more amazing price. The staff is super sweet and I will definitely be back.

The best bakery store in Chinatown!

Get their egg tarts but skip the pineapple bun. Their egg tart had a much more vibrant yellow hue than at places like Tai Pan, and the custard inside of them was more solid/less watery. I'd skip the pineapple bun since the dough was very glued together/almost felt like it would get stuck to my teeth. Prices are significantly lower than neighboring bakeries and has more locals visiting :)
