The food isn’t gonna knock your socks off or anything but it’s a good quick and healthy meal right near Penn/MSG. Nobody at all in there when I went in around 6:30pm on a Saturday
Exactly as promised: fresh, friendly, welcoming. We got a falafel grain bowl and a natural grain bowl. Portions are generous - maybe more than a single person can do at lunch (not a complaint, just a heads up! ) . Hummus was tasty, falafel done perfect, veggies generous and def fresh. Cold brew iced and ice tea both done well. What a gem of a place!

A really nice place with great, healthy food and smoothies. I especially loved the Avococo Shake and the Chicken Cesar salad, but there's a lot to choose from on the menu. Highly recommended!
