This is the coffee shop with the worst service I've ever had, and the only thing that can compete with their awful service is the quality of their drink.
I went there yesterday, ordered some drinks, lots of eye rolling and sighing
Then, they messed up my order, and when I tried to explain what I wanted, again, there were lots of eyes rolling, sighing, and a very dismissive attitude in general. I just ordered 2 simple coffees.

It's a handy spot for a quick coffee run. I tried both the oat milk cappuccino and the oat milk latte. The cappuccino was a bit too hot for my taste, which made it difficult to enjoy right away. On the other hand, the oat milk latte was quite good and met my expectations.
Twice in a row I give them plenty of time and by the time I come in they haven’t even started preparing my order. It takes half an hour just to get one item

I always get the vegan burrito and specialty/seasonal drink whenever I go. And I always do pickup but WOW everything is incredible every single time. Makes working in NYC totally worth it.
