Solid local-ish coffee chain with multiple locations throughout the city. I have found the coffee and pastries to be consistent across multiple locations. Concept copied from another very large international chain. This location was clean and quiet. Small with not a ton of seating but sufficient for the early afternoon meeting I took there. Service not overly warm but fine and above average for Manhattan retail. Recommend for a quick pop-in or meeting spot.Parking: It is on Park Avenue. There are several delivery only or meter spots along the street. Parking very difficult in this neighborhood.Kid-friendliness: Kids will like the pastries and cookies.

Very milky coffee and the food item I ordered was missing an item.. the bacon!
Coffee was ok but I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and it was pretty bad, dry and had a horrible aftertaste.
