Got a matcha latte, which they let you substitute oat milk for whole milk. Service was fast, got my matcha really quick on a weekday morning. Store is small and has some seating, but definitely looks like a grab and go place.

I just left this location and had a very awful experience. The woman who took my order was extremely rude and unhelpful. Every item I asked for was supposedly out of stock, yet she made no effort to suggest alternatives. I ended up settling for a New Yorker sandwich and a smoothie, which cost an absurd $18. I received my smoothie 10 minutes later and continued waiting another 10 minutes for my food—only to find out she hadn’t even started making the sandwich. A different staff member had to check on my order. After a total wait of 25 minutes, the food turned out to be just as bad as the service. I won’t be returning.

Most staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Not everyone can make my drink right or gets the meaning of light ice. But over all I love my matcha and the blue steel. Ice Americano is a hit an miss depends on your Barista. Be prepared to pay +.60 for no ice. Thank you Julian and Jay. Not sure of the other ladies name.

Gregorys makes the most delicious coffee I've ever tasted. The muffins and scones are also excellent. The staff is friendly, courteous, and competent. What else could you ask for?

The refreshers were not good, they had this fermented taste that led me to believe the base of the drink was probably sitting on the counter for a long time. The food is pretty mid and the cashiers were not attentive. I ordered a muffin which they forgot to give me and I overheard other customers complaining about the same problem with their orders. Just mid.
