Gregory’s at Madison Avenue and 39th Street is a fantastic coffee shop with a welcoming staff and an excellent manager. The store is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Their decaf iced latte is smooth and delicious, crafted to perfection. I truly appreciate their service and will continue supporting their business. Highly recommended!

So basically yesterday while I was getting my morning coffee before work I overheard someone behind the counter who I assume to be a manager talking to employees in a harsh way that definitely made me feel uncomfortable. I understand working a job like this can be stressful but I don't think it's okay to take that out on baristas who you're supposed to be on the same team as. As somebody with trauma from abuse this is very triggering for me and I had an anxiety attack a few hours after thinking about it. I think I'm going to walk down to Dunkin next time I want some caffeine, since I don't want to see something like this if I don't have to.

This is the Carson Daily version of coffee…completely average in every way. Our Lattes had lots of foam. The coffee flavor wasn’t there. I feel sorry for the barista who is struggling to get drinks out in a timely manner. This area is littered with great coffee, Gregorys is not one of them.

I always love coming here, the baristas are always so nice and the coffee’s great, but recently when I’ve gone, they consistently haven’t had a lot of things on the menu. You’d expect things on the menu to be sellable. My friends and I used to love coming here but honestly last few times we went recently, it was soo uncomfortably hot, we had to choose a nearby alternative instead which was a shame. I’m not sure if it’s new management or business approach but hopefully it gets back to how it was!

Gregory’s Coffee is absolutely amazing!! Their coffee has incredible flavor—I seriously can’t get enough. Every cup is fresh, smooth, and full of rich taste that just hits differently. You can tell they care about quality, and it really shows.
Not only is the coffee top-tier, but the prices are also super reasonable for what you’re getting. It’s honestly the perfect combo of quality and value.
But here’s the thing... we need a Gregory’s in Staten Island! There’s such a huge opportunity here. People would love having a local spot like this, and I’m convinced it would be a total hit. Trust me, it would be so worth it.

The Blue Still didn’t look like the light blue shown on the menu, and the 007 didn’t resemble a coffee color at all. I’m also wondering how many espresso shots were actually in it. If the drinks don’t look like the pictures, it might be better to update the menu photos to match more closely.

Chocolate croissant was good but “strawberry hibiscus” drink was just “cherry” flavor syrup pumped into ice water and topped with dehydrated strawberries. I threw it out
