One of the best served coffees, better than Starbucks's. The blueberry muffins are so delicious as well. The pastry all looks so tasty. And the costumer service exceptional. I had Angeline service me, what an amazing worker she is.

I went in for a cup of coffee at this location. Angeline was so helpful in helping me pick out what drink I should get. The blue dream matcha is to die for ! She made my drink with a side of great customer service ! I’ll definitely be coming to this location again.

So let me start by saying me and family loves the vegan breakfast sandwiches we own a vegan food business so I really hate to leave a 1 star!! But I’m big on customer service. We are regulars at the 9ave location and whoever the morning managers and cashiers/food preparers need to learn how to balance at work and out of work attitudes i ordered 5 deluxe sandwiches and get eyes rolled at me by both employees and asked if I’m sure I want 5 smh I asked for restroom code I get sided eyed rudely spoken to then my order is ready and sitting the worker keeps looking at slamming trays and mumbling she’s upset over me ordering 5 sandwiches!! Mind you nobody said sir your order is ready I had to ask if the bag sitting was my order I then told YEAH!! Please train the employees on how to great and service your customers it’s not the first time!!

I obviously love the name of the place, but the store I visit is nice, simple, clean, everyone there is pretty friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue there other than needing another cup. The coffee flavors are pretty good too…not too bitter

I am a regular customer of this store... the workers are very friendly and respectful... but I think they have a serious problem with the AC... I was there at lunch you time and I couldn't bear to leave... their workers are real soldiers.

Greg’s cannot be beat for good coffee and plenty of vegan options. It’s unmatched in the local coffee scene, especially for plant based eaters looking for a quick bite or snack with their drinks IMO. Also the seasonal drinks are always so creative and don’t disappoint!

Gregory's needs to figure out how to run a cafe, because the management is terrible. Every morning I get a dark roast on my way to work and the other day I was told Gregory's would no longer be serving it... which is mind boggling for a coffee chain of this size. Left a review that I was upset their one good coffee was disappearing, got a response from management saying that I was misinformed and that the dark roast is still being served and not going away (yay!). Enjoyed my dark roast for a couple days and then bam, was told again that the dark roast was no longer being served at this location. What is going on?! This brand is so overpriced and horribly managed, it's just not worth it anymore. I've switched to the Matto Espresso a block over.

Convenient app for mobile ordering. Quick friendly service. Large selection of tasty healthy-ish food, especially compared to Starbucks and Dunkin'. Knocked one star on atmosphere since it’s a national chain with a more corporate feel than a local coffee shop.
