I find the baristas at this location so nice and sweet, but oh my goodness these people need better training and they are so slow. I go to various locations, and this one is remarkably slow. I don't know if management isn't giving them the resources or what, but someone needs to come help this store. The workers deserve a lot better than this

Gregory’s used to be my go-to café for vegan croissants. Unfortunately, they’ve recently become much less vegan-friendly. They no longer carry any vegan croissants and now only offer non-vegan ones. They still serve the vegan burrito and Vegan Deluxe, which are solid choices, but sometimes I just want a vegan pastry. I’m very disappointed to see fewer options for plant-based customers in an area that already isn’t very vegan-friendly.

Please make this place more SUSTAINABLE. I brought a mug, but the barista somehow only knew how to make latte in a disposable cup and refused to use my mug.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Twice now I have received deliveries with completely wrong items. When you try to call to rectify it you are sent to a corporate number that then makes you text with a bot/AI. The AI customer service is laborious and difficulty to interact with.

Walked in to get something to go and could barely be in there for 3 min because the heat was unbearable. Whether the air is broken or idk whats happened but these are horrendous conditions to have your workers in and apparently its been going on for a week. Its 80 degrees outside and these workers are in here at risk of heat stroke because of these conditions. Do better Gregorys. This is unacceptable behavior for such a large chain.

The baristas at this location need some serious training in making a proper matcha latte. it was watered down and cold. Even after asking to have it hotter it was still cold. Unfortunately it's things like this that make you not go to specific locations. Best Matcha latte is at the 46th/5th ave location.
Shout out Denise for crafting the Full Moon Latte. Should be renamed Denise’s Coffee every fall

One of the best served coffees, better than Starbucks's. The blueberry muffins are so delicious as well. The pastry all looks so tasty. And the costumer service exceptional. I had Angeline service me, what an amazing worker she is.
