Smoothies were good- customer service was bad. Guy behind the counter is slow to acknowledge my wife and I. When he turns to us, it is with a dead-eyed blank expression and no verbal greeting. When the barista puts the drinks out, he must've whispered that they were ready because neither of us heard it. He didnt bother repeating himself in the empty shop either.

Visited midday during the week and had arguably the worst coffee shop service I’ve experienced. The employee at the counter was slow to acknowledge me waiting, left me hanging when I gave a friendly hello, and when I asked a question about a drink, he seemed rather frustrated. The drink itself was fine, atmosphere nice and cute as I’ve always known Gregory’s to be—just that the one employee seemed to be miserable and letting the customers know it.
