Smoothies were good- customer service was bad. Guy behind the counter is slow to acknowledge my wife and I. When he turns to us, it is with a dead-eyed blank expression and no verbal greeting. When the barista puts the drinks out, he must've whispered that they were ready because neither of us heard it. He didnt bother repeating himself in the empty shop either.

I get coffee from this Gregory’s every day during the week and it could not be a better experience. Tara and the staff are absolutely amazing and I have never waited longer than a few minutes to order and get my coffee. I could not rate this higher.

Best latte I had during my one week stay in NYC. Specialty 'cause it was made with brazilian coffee, so my tongue felt hugged. The attendant was nice, unlike many impatient new yorkers who seemed to be doing me a favor when they were just doing their job.
