The coffee itself was very bad. We ordered lattes and the espresso was very burnt. Ordering was very difficult the barista didn’t speak English well so when we ordered they couldn’t execute our order.
Comically small croissant egg, cheese, turkey sausage? Kids size, and for $7 I’d expect a normal size. Tasted good just very very small. Ordered ahead online, food was ready on time didn’t have to wait.

These folks are definitely racist. I went there months apart - the first time just walking in, the second time via Grubhub - and was greeted with the same scant disregard. Both times priority was given to white guests that entered the store after me. Both times they pretended like I did not exist. The second time I told the woman at the counter that I was picking up my Grubhub order and without checking the order right in front of her, she simply waved me off and told me to wait. After waiting for 5 minutes another employee came up and I asked her to check if that was my order on the counter. Indeed it was. Terrible experience. Would never return!

Stopped in here on a super hot day visiting NYC from the UK. Poster outside promoting nice looking refresher drinks. Our family had one of each and they were VERY disappointing. Literally just a jug of pre-made nothing poured over a couple of cubes of ice. Staff were disinterested, the girl taking the money and doing cold drinks was doing it all on her own while the other girl chatted to a friend. We were trying to avoid Starbucks but it would have been the better option.
