We enjoyed the Nu Brew and iced Chai.
Worst cup of coffee ever. The coffee cup was cold and full of coffee grounds. The customer service was terrible. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would ask for a refund, but for sure, I will never be back to this place again.

1 star for the absolute audacity of this establishment to allow their poor workers to suffer with no heat in this 2 degree feeling weather...
Service was so lovely considering how much of a tundra the store was, it made me upset on their behalf. All the workers were kind despite the inhumane conditions they were subjected to. As a chain, this is unacceptable.. close the store for the ethicality of your employees.

Went to NYC to see my son run in his first full marathon. I met his wonderful girlfriend at the cafe. Got a coffee and coffee crumb cake, lots of sugar, and tasted delicious.
I have always liked my son's girlfriends, but Erica is special. My ex-wife finally met us at the cafe, and we all went to the 7 mile marker of the race and gave enormous support to all runners; especially my son.
Erica took our old senior citizen bodies to the second stop at mile 17. There, my son finally recognized me and gave me his glasses. Back to the bar, we met up with other friends and moved the party to 24 mile marker. Where my son was given a beer 🍺 for energy(?). He got the beer from his college friend Jared but did not see us. WOW.
Erica went to the finish line to assist Jacob. Jacob ran the maraton in under 3 hours and 40 minutes. The rest of us went back to the bar. I had a great time at all the events and stops. God bless all these runners, i could never do this, not at my age. Great time had by all!!!

Soooo disappointed after all the raving reviews. My ‘New Yorker’ egg sandwich was disgusting. Barely anything on it. No sauce to speak of. Slight.

The worst food and service ever. Got a piece of banana bread that was rock hard and inedible . Breakfast sandwich was not fresh, just stuck in the microwave. Coffee was syrup. Staff allowed homeless man to sit in store and ask for $20 or more money.

Both staff members working 7/16 in the late morning were rude. Did not notify us that we had to wait for our sandwich to be made in the back. Sadly we left a $3 tip.
