UPDATE: I am updating my review to note that the store has significantly improved in terms of service & efficiency. Theyâre really good nice people, and maybe I was a tad harsh.
There is something deeply wrong here, and I am certain it starts at the top with ownership & management. Every time Iâve been here itâs 20+ minute wait for a coffee. Itâs just not worth it yâknow?

I would say that my experience was amazing. Before I got my coffee there was a misunderstanding with one of the customers with her drink. I believe that the young man, I forgot his name, I believe it started with a S, handled it amazing. It was the woman that was literally screaming at him. He kept his composure and was trying to help her but she wouldnât listen. He ended up still giving her what she wanted. When I did get my coffee it was a little bitter for my liking so I asked if he could add some caramel and he was very respectful and attentive. All in all my experience was get and if I ever got the chance to go again I would.

They are advertising smoothies, but didnât have any available. They are selling a drink called sparkling blue, the staff had no idea what it was and what is in it. The manager was standing there passive not intervening when the employee faced issues and couldnât answer the customers questions. The employee was mot trained on the products they are selling. The chai latte is less savoury than most places. The restaurant was dirty Donât go there.

Come here quite often and always have enjoyed the coffee and the staff are awesome. Might not patron any longer after witnessing the staff being scolded like children by what seems to be a leader. The profanity that was being used to the staff was insulting. As a customer I was horrified to see this and felt horrible for the employees. Please do better
