Come here quite often and always have enjoyed the coffee and the staff are awesome. Might not patron any longer after witnessing the staff being scolded like children by what seems to be a leader. The profanity that was being used to the staff was insulting. As a customer I was horrified to see this and felt horrible for the employees. Please do better

I ordered a flat white, and I got a milky latte. The barista needs to be trained on the coffee / milk ratio for a flat white. Very disappointed.

My first time at this location. Loved the atmosphere and the cheerful service provided by the people. But I had the same issue as another costumer. My drink was like still an inch from the top. And I just ordered an americano with a splash of milk. I did not ask for room for anything. But then the drinks after mine were full so I’m not sure if it’s just the Americano drink itself so I didn’t ask.
