Very efficient and welcoming Gregory Coffee in west village, right on Varick with multiple bus and subway lines nearby. Staff are very friendly. I ordered on app and coffee was there on the dot when I walked at scheduled time. Definitely recommend and will go back for more fuel!!
Honestly won’t ever step foot in there again. Look if im paying $7 for matcha, it better be good but I got a matcha latte today and the aftertaste was like cat piss. Not a cheap person at all but in all seriousness this matcha was really really really bad. Don’t sell something like this if you make it so bad. I choked on the matcha powder while drinking this. Cashier was not very welcoming and she had earbuds in? She was on the bigger side and of latina descent I think and reddish hair with braid or something. But that was so unprofessional.

I know that I was labeled someone who complains. But the store on I went to was really nice. The 2 young women were very pleasant. The atmosphere was cool and relaxing. I would definitely go there again!

I like the concept of Gregory’s Coffee. I’ve been to other locations and they have such a good variety of items to eat but this place has very limited options and the people working there in the morning need to be either retrained or let go. They lack customer service skills and have a poor attitude when dealing with customers in the morning.
