Cute little spot to grab coffee near grand central. Had a cold brew coffee with oat milk and their banana nut pound cake. Partner had a chocolate croissant and black cold brew coffee, all good. Great environment to grab a coffee, snack, and get some work done. Some small tables to work from for a solo person, would need to use 2 tables if both working. Have good WiFi. Unfortunately was looking fwd to having their baked oats on the menu but apparently it’s discontinued and not crossed off their menu, wish they still had it, sounded yummy! Overall would return for a quick stop, esp since I know they have locations all around the city and in LI where I live too, come to find out today.

I love going to gregory’s and I’m a gregular because i really enjoy sitting down with a coffee while I work a little. Unfortunately, at this location, even though everything is super clean and has good service, the music is extremely loud. It is so loud that I felt like at a club and ended up with a headache. Probably won’t return to this location because of that.

12/19/23 1:30 pm the two young men with glasses and beards were speaking unprofessionally to their customer’s foreign names. I can’t believe this still happens in 2023.One youngman at the cashier and the other one the barrister. It is sad to see Gregory coffee will hire any manner of people these days. It is not even a busy hour and one of these two lads didn’t bother to wipe his hand with towel after serving pastries to the customer infront of me and got their greasy finger prints on my cup.I would have said anything to them but I didn’t want to cause a scene. And I can already tell based on their fruit they had shown in 4 minutes that two will be obnoxious and quarrelsome.The only good thing I can say is at least they gave me my correct amount of change.Not coming back to this location again. And I truly feel sorry for other staff who probably will have to put up with these two.
