Some friends and I got drinks here kind of late on a Thursday night. It was good vibes all around. The bartender was super kind and made an excellent espresso martini!

Happy hour $1 oysters were the smallest oysters I had ever seen in my life, like wafer thin and half the length of my pinky. They were good, but not sure they were even worth $1? Cornmeal crusted fried calamari was good but fairly basic. Overall fine but only if you’re in the neighborhood

Although this is the smallest oyster I have ever eaten, I accept it. After all, it only costs one dollar, and it also comes with service, beautiful meal decorations and atmosphere.

My friend rented part of the space for her birthday and someone who got too drunk ran full force into her knee, which TORE HER ACL. She literally told them she couldn't walk and asked to use the side exit, and they made her walk through the crowd to the main entrance, with no empathy or help. They were so rude and did nothing to help her. There were no repercussions to the person who was so intoxicated and ran into her leg full force, but the person who had a single drink and had to get surgery to fix her leg gets treated poorly. They should be held liable for someone getting hurt and having hefty medical bills with surgery and physical therapy because of their negligence on their premises.

It was very disappointing that the menu online doesn’t match the menu in the restaurant. The food wasn’t bad, the drinks were ok nothing special.

One of my favorite places for oysters in the city. Somehow they always taste a little better on happy hour.

Laid back atmosphere and good service. Fish and chips - moist & flaky inside, crunchy but not greasy outside. Also enjoyed the artichoke dip. Didn’t have alcoholic beverages, but those who did seemed to enjoy and repeated their orders. Was there on a Sunday afternoon and noted that they offer a brunch menu until 4:00pm, as well as happy hour specials during the week. Would definitely go back.

The oyster promo at Grey Lady is a testament to their commitment to providing not just delicious, but also affordable seafood options. If you're looking for a seafood restaurant that combines quality, ambiance, and unbeatable promotions, Grey Lady is the place to be. I'll certainly be returning for more of their delectable offerings, especially those tempting oysters!

Not a safe place to go out to for your belongings - friends all had their phones stolen and staff and management did nothing to help and aren’t answering their phones now. Not sure what kind of reputation they’re trying to build for themselves. Cant comment on the food as it was just the bar for the night. Would be careful with your valuables at all times here given the security.

Fun bar to go out on a weekend, but may be a bit overcrowded. The service was great and the drinks were good as well!

One of my favorite dollar oyster happy hours. Nice size, briny oysters from Massachusetts. Has a nice laid back vibe.

Went to this place last night for the oyster happy hour and were seated at the bar. The thing that made this place truly special was our bartender, Antonio, who took such great care of our party that my partner's mother said it was the highlight of her New York trip!

We were here for a small lunchtime snack consisting of half a dozen oysters, followed by fish and chips or a lobster sandwich.Since we were there shortly after opening, we initially had the entire store to ourselves, but over time it filled up a bit. You could see on Instagram that there was a good party going on at the bar here in the evenings.Basically a really nice and cozy atmosphere at lunchtime and also with very friendly service. The East Coast oysters were fresh and delicious. The fish and chips was also very tasty! The fish was wonderfully tender and definitely not fried to death as one sometimes experiences. Very good soufflé breading! The lobster cheese sandwich with Monterey Jack and Vermont Cheddar was also delicious!Absolutely a great location for a quick snack!#oysteroli

We went for happy hour Oysters, the HH deal was a really great price, cheaper than most in nyc. We came without a reservation and it took 10 minutes to be seated. Once we ordered we waited another 15 minutes for our Oysters and then we got to enjoy some very fresh Oysters. They were on the smaller size but very tender. Would absolutely come back for happy hour.
