A great place to go on a Sunday night and listen to some good music. I really enjoy when they have black soul experience featuring James Gibbs the trumpet player. The vibe great. It’s a chill night. Just be ready for a large crowd, especially if it’s right before a holiday. You will not be disappointed if you like to listen to live music and dance.

I decided to go hear some live music on a Monday night. This place fit the bill. Set up front and grooved with the performers. The food is mediocre but the atmosphere was fun. You're sitting so clothes you make aquitances with those sitting at neighboring table

Jade is actually the best person ever. She is the nicest most amazing most accommodating employee ever and I hope she gets a raise. All the bartenders too. The wonderful employees make this place. Don’t even get me started about Lei!!! Best bartender ever. Nicest most amazing human that is so professional and so kind.

Ok so the vibe was on point... Music just right. The guest appearances were a amazing touch.. They killed it. And thats why I gave a 5 star for atmosphere.
As for the food, I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal if i ordered an entree so i played it safe and went with the wings. Dry as hell. I did ask for sauce on the side, which could've played a part. But they didn't bring the sauce (hence why service received 2 stars). Either way, they were wack. They also gave me room temperature water when I asked for a refill.
Needless to say, go there to listen to music. Don't go there hungry.

Paid cover charge via credit card and I was prompted to leave a tip for the person who charged 😂 are you serious? What kind of value did you provide for me? I already paid almost $35 for two people!! Tipping culture is just too much!

I took my mom here for her 65th birthday to hear live music and eat dinner with some family/friends tonight. Unfortunately, the general manager made the experience really unpleasant and we won’t be returning. I prepaid for 4 tickets for my household and expressed that we were expecting a few others to join. The manager said that the section we were in was for premier ticket holders and that seating was first-come, first-served. My aunt and uncle arrived after we did and came over to sit at our table.
We had been sitting for about 15 minutes before the manager came back over and said that we had to get up. He said that we had used all 4 tickets already and that the additional guests would have to move. I tried to explain that my aunt had purchased a premier ticket already, but he wouldn’t listen and insisted that we could only have the 4 top table.
When I shared that this was a milestone birthday for my mother he said that everyone there tonight (a Monday) was celebrating something and was dismissive of us. He interrupted my mom’s celebration raising his voice and when I matched his energy he threatened to kick me out. For context, there was only one seat in question — my aunt tried to show her Eventbrite QR code but he wasn’t listening to us. I also offered to buy any additional ticket that might be needed since my uncle had already been seated and placed an order, but he said we needed to get up because there were people waiting outside.
In the end, we paid for the additional ticket and sat to watch the show but we already had a really stressful and negative start to the evening. I would encourage the management team to work on actually listening to their customers before things escalate and trying to work with them in a calm manner.
For the record the bathroom smelled gross and the fries were not fresh cut as described on the menu.

First went in awesome music nice vibe.but ordering process made me wait and get a wrong drink that should have been corrected asap shits and others had to wait 10 min to replace that drink.manager too distracted to help situation.overall.nice place .just be patient .
