Just had lunch there yesterday. Our waiter was so attentive and friendly. The food was amazing too. My friends and I were still talking about the food a few hours later.

They have a sign outside that says lunch special 12-5 and when I sit and ask for it at 4pm they tell me “it ended early” the definition of bait and switch. Don’t go here.

My husband almost died because of the food served here. This restaurant should be closed immediately! My husband and I ate there about a month ago and he got so sick that when he went to the hospital they treated him for sepsis!!!!! I didn’t finish eating and my baby luckily just had water. I’m pregnant. If I had gotten sick like my husband did I could’ve had a miscarriage and my baby God knows I don’t even wanna think about it. Not even the rats in NYC should eat this food. DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!!

Food is average. Not too bad but not good either
Pizza is 3 out of 10 and carbonara was 2/10
They dont use egg yolks for the carbonara but heavy cream

The waiters were off the charts amazing. They went above and beyond waiting on my family and self. The food was just as amazing as the service.

The price is too way expensive for the food, becarful before you come. The taxes and tips are too much for the food

Trying to respond to Michael Rizzo. The app isn’t allowing me to. I’m curious when you had the lasagna. I’m not partial to Grotta Azzurra, however I could say they have best rice balls, and lasagna that I order at Least once a week. The lasagna is divine!!! My husband and I always start with either the baked clams or rice balls! Gnocchi and lasagna are always our go to! Either a dirty martini to start or an espresso martini! Have been going there for years, have not been disappointed yet.

While the wait staff was very nice, they also get a low rating because I got food poisoning from the Lasagna. Something tasted off and next thing you know I’m hospitalized needing fluids and all sorts of tests. Have been to the restaurant over the years and have noticed it’s gone downhill. I do not recommend at all until maybe they fix the issues.

We enjoyed our lunch here very much… and people all the watching. All our plates were fantastic and the sangria really hit the spot. They were fairly quiet on a Sunday afternoon, but a resy is always recommended for larger parties. A great find.

Great place to sit outside and people watch. Angel was a GREAT server and offered good wine suggestions and provided excellent service. Good wine list with reasonable prices. We only had the cheesecake to eat (made inhouse), which was good. The food coming out of the kitchen smelled wonderful. Highly recommended!
