Great for a coffee near Time Square. There is places to stay and work. Great!

The ice matcha latte is so bad. The barista literally just stirred the matcha powder a couple times before mixing it with milk. You can still see the match flakes in the latte. Worst matcha latte I’ve had in my life ever.

Running late for a conference at the Sheraton. (Haven’t warmed up to Starbucks; from Boston area). Friendly passer offered directions. Ty! Coffee was great. I ordered basic. The blueberry crumb muffin was unbelievably delicious!! Place was calm. Folks were very nice.

Unfortunately this coffee did not hit the mark for me. Ordered a flat white with oat milk (my standard) and the taste was…well there wasn’t any. Also the service was without any smiles or positivity.

Personally wouldn’t come back. I’ve discovered so many other amazing coffee shops in New York where the coffee tastes amazing and the staff at least act like they want your service.

The setting is cool. I’ll give them that.

Cool spot, ok latte (mocha is better), don’t bother with the tahini cookies, they are not Fresh. Service, don’t expect much.

LOVE THE STAFF. Would welcome Balthazar scones and a pastry upgrade. Music should be turned down so we can listen and talk but overall a great spot.

Walked in to pick up a cappuccino that I ordered from the app. They were super attentive right when I walked in but clearly because I ordered on the app and didn’t tip on the app (not saying that wasn’t the plan if the coffee was good!) but they just absolutely butchered this Capp. I come to GC (different location) because there have been times where I have been served the most beautiful caps, and with almond milk making the froth that much more difficult, and granted it’s a $7 cap so I would hope it’s good, but this was absolute shite. I’m pissed.

Rude employee — went in today 6/2/2025 and was greeted by a very nice cashier. The barista preparing my drink then approached me about not getting charged for extra syrup and told me I needed to pay (which is fine). She then proceeded to be rude to her colleague about not charging me. Be nice to people when you train them — customers take notice.

Terrible experience every time. The last time I visited, I found a long black curly hair in my latte, and the lid broke. Additionally, they routinely store their gluten-free items alongside others, which poses a serious risk for anyone with celiac disease. Do not eat here if you are celiac. The cleanliness of this place is disgraceful — it feels like it’s run by a group of unsupervised high school students with no regard for basic hygiene standards. The lady manager is consistently unpleasant. On top of all that, its overpriced but that’s not even the main issue.
