This Ground Central has been my go to for iced coffee and oat lattes since I began working in the neighborhood 4 years ago. The coffee is by far the best in the area. The staff do an excellent job, I’ve gotta call out Ben, Kayleigh, Kearin, Kota, Madison, Maddy and manager Elise. In my time at GC I’ve gotten to know the employees very well and they’re all sweet, professional and conscientious. The vibe is community-centric and that is really important to me as a nearly daily customer.

We have been about 4 times now...so pleasant from the moment you walk in.
There is a vibe of comfort, and welcome from both the staff and atmosphere;
the rich coffees and tasty baked goods are super and lovely variety for everybody's tastes.
We also like the "can do" and knowledgeable personalities of the baristas !
We can see the customers are content there as we are and like chatting with the sweet staff! See you all there !

I work near the building and am always satisfied with the coffee and level of service provided by everyone who works here. Despite the early mornings, the staff are warm and inviting and always ready to help with food recommendations or to provide an explanation for the drinks available. I enjoy regularly coming here and prefer it to all the coffee shops around the area.

Manager(?) and employee complaining about coworkers/employees pretty incessantly, and pretty sure deriding a subordinate about their age / parental status goes against discrimination labor laws. Also just harshed the vibe. Felt like I was bothering them because one of them wouldn't stop talking when I walked up both times.
Not a place to get a bite of anything really either.

Manhattan prices for the food cheaper to bake but they're better than me. One of the cashiers gave me a whole bag of free stuff they were throwing out and i was able to feed my kids a tasty breakfast all week. Give him a raise!!!
