A lovely coffee shop with friendly staff and a few tables to sit at. While their coffee is good, I wouldn't recommend the hot chocolate, which for the price, wasn't worth it.

Came on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed! Decent amount of casual seating. After you order, the waiting area gets a bit crowded, since you're waiting around tables where people are seated. I ordered their Matcha Latte, which was alright. It was a bit milkier than I liked and my drink could be a bit warmer, but overall fine. Friendly staff and there's a restroom for customers. This spot is conveniently located in SoHo, so the busy-ness is justified, but honestly the cafe was just okay compared to other options in the area.

The coffee is good, have been going here for years. Changes in staff have really degraded the experience from a friendly neighborhood coffee shop to the feeling of a corporate cold nosed chain shop( which it is but hid it well before). Asked for a treat for my dog in the form of a small piece of bread since they don't carry treats for dogs, the response was no, you have to buy a side of sour dough. They will be seeing a lot less of us, at the end of the day, it's not just about the coffee, it's mostly about the experience.
Went there for a quick drink. The hot chocolate was delicious and I love that they have small sizes. The turmeric is on the spicier side but still good. The London fog cookie is to die for so definitely grab one of those before they sell out.There is not a whole lot of seating but it is better when the weather is warmer then you can sit outside.Dietary restrictions: Alternative milk options and a dietary restrictions book they refer to with their food items.

I came here, expecting some overpriced garbage, but I was wrong. The salmon bagel was amazing, my lips were aroused by the taste. Everyone was so positive which was weird at first but I loved the environment it gave and it made my day. Definitely worth the time and money !

This place is absolute gas pack (very good, wonderful even). Coffee is great, the breakfast burrito was really good and honestly impressive for just egg, black bean, aguacate and a sauce.The staff here is super friendly too, which is nice. Idk what their normal customers are like but I was in the back and they came to wipe the table down (love that, keep doing you) I went to move my stuff out of the way to help and ended up spilling my entire coffee on the table - they were super nice about it, helped me clean up and made me a fresh cortado in a glass to replace it.I'll be back - and to the staff, I rock with y'all heavy!Vegetarian options: Breakfast burrito doesn't not have meat in it by default

Los empleados amables, los bagels espectaculares... Solo buenas palabras de este sitio! Fuimos el primer dia porque nos pillaba cerca y no dejamos de ir a desayunar ahi toda la semana que estuvimos en la ciudad. Muy recomendable en todos los aspectos! Mi favorito, un Te Earl Grey con un Bagel Legacy por si a alguien le sirve. En cuanto vuelva a Nueva York, sin duda volveré a ir!

Great cafe. As an Australian abroad it’s incredibly difficult to get coffee that resembles anything like home and this place does a pretty good job!! Great food offer and good atmosphere too ??

Good food but confusing rules about computer use at certain times of the day in certain areas of the cafe. I was redirected to a “Computer” area which was unmarked and as such completely filled with guests not using computers. I’ve enjoyed coming here for years but unfortunately I had to go somewhere else today because I needed to work.
