Very good pizza very similar to posto’s. A thin crust pizza lovers dream as it is very good made with high quality ingredients. The wait time is quite long but so worth it. Good atmosphere and service too. Nice park nearby and good for take out or dine in.
If you are nearby I would recommend and highly suggest. But do it with caution-as it’s pretty addicting.

Good for conversations, relaxed vibe, easy enough to walk in without a reservation. The pizza is really good, the salads are solid too.

Great thin crust pizza.
I've been coming to Gruppo and its spin-off restaurants for years... and we also frequently order take-out (please Gruppo consider delivery to Ave D!). Our favorites are the Shroomtown and Big Pineapple - we usually go half of each. Salads are good too. Great place for kids early on, or for a casual date later in the evening.

The pizza there was good, but not exceptional. I highly recommend the greek salad. It was 10/10.

Great thin crust pizza restaurant! Fantastic service, decent prices, and cozy atmosphere. This is a lovely neighborhood spot for a pizza that is filling but not too heavy!

The pizza is great, no doubt, however it is obscenely expensive. I dont doubt the restaurant business is expensive and cost of goods have only gone up.
Yet, I also believe there could be a lot done to this place to make it more welcoming. While the pizza is pretty good, the general attention to detail is what’s detail? For one, blasting spotify’s most annoying pop music of the year is so out of touch with the vibe of the place (for any place in east village?)
For peak hour in a friday night, there were four tables dining at the restaurant yet the background music was so loud that we could barely hear each other across the small table. But we could make out every lyric. Not just the music, the reverberant acoustics of the place made it possible to hear people at other tables more than our own. Music wasn’t the only thing.
The lighting around the bar also can be described as loud. An unnecessarily large mirror is italian, i guess. There are no bottles of booze to entice one to get a drink. A large, unstaffed bar with intensely bright lights and loud pop music. At one point my partner pointed out how strange the bar was and i just said probably why no one is here. Doesn’t fit the neighborhood’s more welcoming category of hospitality offerings.
All of this begs one to question why we would dine in next time instead of takeout.
All in all, we had the great pleasure of enjoying my most expensive pizza of my 45 years on earth. a great pizza , an ok greek salad, and split a glass of wine for nearly $100.

Pizza was good for a thin crust. What I didn’t like/appreciate is being charged 82 dollars and some change for a bottle of wine that I Googled after I came home with it and it actually retails for less than 20 online and in liquor stores. Overcharging by over 60 dollars for a cheap bottle of wine should be illegal and for that I will definitely never go back.
Dear Owner,
What if I told you I did…. I expect to be overcharged living here but within reason over 60 for a bottle of wine absolutely NOT 20 dollars more of course. And your nasty reply to me being disgruntled by it also shows what kind of person you are…

I usually don't order the pizza. But I have had it and would rate it about a 6.1 thin very greasy. The main dishes are okay

It's my favorite thin crust pizza place. Delicious salads. We also had meatballs and garlic bread with cheese, which is also very tasty.

A friend recommended this place and it was a bit of a surprise. The "thin crust" was really a cracker crust - hard and crunchy all the way. I prefer a thin layer of crust that still bends and feels soft in the mouth. If you like cracker crust pizza - this will enchant and delight. However if you want a crust that is thin yet still bends and gives a softer mouth feel, look elsewhere. Service and ambiance are spot on!
