Got a gyros and falafels to takeout; service was friendly and helpful, but the food was really disappointing. Ordered a beef and lamb gyros and falafel appetizer to go. The pita for the gyros was good - light and fluffy, but the meat was dry and a big hard, and there wasn’t a huge amount - maybe for the best! Lots of onion, which would be fine if the meat had been flavourful, but it wasn’t, so the onion was overpowering. We got the fries in ours, and they were dry and felt a bit old.

This was the only Greek food we ate in NYC and really wish we’d tried somewhere else. This was quite well-reviews and fairly close to our hotel, but we definitely wouldn’t go back a second time.

Honestly haven’t even tried the food yet, but saw a huge roach crawling on the counter when I picked up my order…

I love this place. I go about weekly and usually get a gyro with the spicy feta. I love the service here, and it feels so nice to get greeted by my name. Also, the Bloomberg employee 10% discount is great :)

Had a falafel sandwich. Expensive and not very good, lacking flavor and served rather cold. I have no plans to return there and whenever I pass by I remember feeling being taken advantage of.

Food is really good! Comparably priced to most of the fast casual restaurants in midtown area. Got the Piato both times, and the potatoes are great as a base. Chicken is crispy and nice, and the Bambi and Greek Salads are fire. Service is really really good too, and personally get a kick out of the door to the basement being covered by the trash can lol.

Def recommend for lunch / dinner!

Are there today, food was really good with great taste and good ingredients. The only reason I only give it 4 stars it’s because the portions are extremely small (good enough to make you feel satiated after finishing ) but still smaller than what you usually get at this type of restaurant. Could really do more meat. Place was nice and clean, clean bathroom and very nice and attentive staff.

Paid over $28 for a gyro the size of an appetizer, small order of fries with feta cheese sprinkled on top and a flavored seltzer water. The meat looked like crumbled sausage u get on a pizza. Absolute thievery. U will not get ur money's worth. Don't waste ur time.

Decent gyros but way too pricey for something so simple We spent just a bit more in a greek restaurant near the UN for a full meal including seafood (grilled octopus)

I recently found this place while walking home from work one evening. I was blown away by how juicy and flavorful the beef and lamb gyros were! Most gyros I've had tend to be a bit more on the dry side, so this was a wonderful change. I also tried their vegetarian items and they were just as filling and flavorful. The falafel was flavorful and not too dry at all!

And on top of that, their Greek mountain tea is one of my favorite beverages to order from them! It's super healthy and refreshing, especially for the summer heat. And there's the option to add honey in it as well.

The staff is super nice and friendly and the environment so cozy that I forget that I'm in Midtown East sometimes. It definitely adds to the dining experience!

Vegetarian options: Falafel, Halloumi, Gigante beans, dolmades
