Girl in the counter is extremely rude. I ordered cookie crunch milk shake but she gave me another one. When I ask her she was very rude and replied harshly and she was not willing to change the wrong item. Even billing is full of fruad. In bill she charged for another item not the one I ordered for. I ended up paying whooping 19.68$ for one nasty milkshake. I hope management is unaware of these frauds. I think management needs to teach how to behave with customers.

It was a warm day so we took a break and came in here for refreshing ice cream. Good quality, just like the stuff I buy in my grocery store.

Ice cream is good but the person behind the counter was really sleezy and trying to trick me into getting things that were more expensive than what I was ordering. Like literally ignoring what I ordered and trying to give me something different that costs more without me agreeing to it.

My Partner loves ice-cream, and Hagen Dazs has some great ice-creams, so we treked accross central park & up to Colombia University to this small Haagen Dazs outlet. The staff were cheerful and helpful, we got served quickly, and sat outside to enjoy what we had bought

The worst 14 dollar milkshake ever. Stay away from this place. This is a scam. After paying almost 15 dollars did I realize they have prices hidden all the way in the corner. I did not realize that employee decided to make me a large one in his own accord. Worst of all I ended up with strawberry flavored milk. If this is legitimate HD, wow shameful. On so many levels

Lol somebody needs to have this place shut down!! I wanted to use the Haagen dazs app and they said they don’t have a scanner. They charged me 12$ for a small watery shake! They have no price list anywhere. The lady working there was so shady !! I asked for a receipt and she couldn’t give me one! Lol fraud and scamming. This isn’t haagen dazs

NYC Penn Sta near Amtrack waiting room. I gave my card, was told it didn't go through, so clerk tapped again. When I got home I saw I was double charged. Never again.
