Disappointed to find a “closed until 7 p.m.” sign on the door on free cone day. If you don’t want to participate, don’t, but don’t have the location listed as participating but closed when customers arrive.

I visited this location on 1/16 10 minutes before closing time. When I walked in I was told they were closed and I had to practically beg the gentleman to serve me. I was also told that he could only give a medium or lage cup of ice cream which is ridiculous. A few minutes later a white woman walks in and he says nothing to her about being closed and he allowed her to order whatever she wanted. It's sad that as a black man to be treated like this in this day and age. I will never visit this location again!!!

Worst service ever and worker is very slow never coming back here again was waiting for my order for over 45 minutes only one worker which was very rude 🙄 they don't even have ice machine they use ice tray for a busy ice cream store

During my mid-day visit on a weekday, I observed that the flavor cards were disorganized, and some bins were either emptied or in a melted state.
Upon expressing my intention to use a reward, I was informed they only accepted cash due to issues with their computer and card machine.
As a side note, the woman at the counter meticulously measures each scoop with a scale.

Was in the store, waiting for service while two of their employees chatted with each other and a third was on a cell phone in the back. Waited five minutes and got zero attention. Left empty-handed and certainly won’t be back anytime soon.

Went into the store at 10:43 and asked for a shake. I was told that they stop making them at 10:45. Meanwhile ice cream is still being sold. It was my first and last visit.
