Just want to say that I had several chop cheeses here in NYC and unfortunately none of them were to my satisfaction.
Something told me to give this bodega a chance. I was literally speechless how well cooked and seasoned it came out. Please ask for Pablo because I can’t guarantee if other cooks will prepare it the same way.
