it was actually one of the best halal I’ve had. I’m not kidding. the cart, Halal Harlem, was established in 2002. the guy working it was a little slow but that’s bc his experienced hands will make your lamb gyro on pita with so much care. be patient and you’ll get the best halal you ever tasted. he didn’t skimp on the meat or veggies. there was onions, tomatoes, and lettuce!! some places give you lettuce and call it a day. He charges fair prices! I love Harlem Halal...
Been eating here since 2010, food has stayed consistent through the years. The cooks always have a genuine attitude and respect for the food. I am often getting lamb over rice with red/white sauce, but the chicken and Falafel are always tasty as well. For an extra dollar they will toast a pita with white sauce for me with my plate, just epic!
Best halal cart at Harlem (Lenox Ave & 125th st). Every week I go there for my lunch..Love their combo rice or Combo Gyro??! Well cooked chicken/lamb ! Check out this place.. You will love it!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
