Did this at least 3x/week for almost a year when I worked in brooklyn. Got a large salad and split it for lunch and dinner. So good and pretty economical, even though the firm was paying for it. I always did the "make your own", they had goat cheese, which is a nice add-on. Chicken, olives, goat cheese, red onions, roasted red pepper, and balsamic vinegar.

When we ordered our food there were several items missing. We couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone. When we got on seamless to tell them we were Missing items the restaurant refused to redeliver the items that we were Missing. Horrible customer service!!

The selection of soups here is amazing. You can get some quality soups if you’re a vegetarian. If you’re not a vegetarian you still have plenty of options. Raven was very helpful. High quality customer service.

Food poisoning yesterday. Ate the chicken caesar wrap and chunky vegetable soup. Not sure which one caused me to throw up my whole lunch within 1/2 hour of eating. The chicken was dry and the refrigerated food looked unappetizing. Had painful cramps and was in the toilet keeled over fir 3 hrs. Had to take a cab home. Luckily it subsided once home. I believe the pandemic is causing food places to keep food past their sell by date. Businesses cannot afford to replenish food regularly. Will not eat here again until the place goes bk to full post pandemic operation w a broad based menu again.

Hale and Hearty Soups was probably my favorite lunch time spot in the city, it's only a few blocks away from my job and offers a wide variety of soup, salad, and sandwich options that gets switched up daily/seasonally. I've been frequenting this location for over 3 years now, and over the last year I've noticed that the teams working here have gotten sloppy at their jobs. 1 to many times, I've ordered one thing and received something else. I understand that come lunch time, the establishment gets packed and of course they need to turn out people as soon as possible, but wouldn't it be better to give the people exactly what they ordered? So side note: I have a seafood/shellfish allergy - one time I ordered the Curry Chicken Soup (which is my absolute fav) and instead received a lobster bisque, two very different soups. I asked one of my coworkers to test the soup because the smell wasn't what I was used to. Essentially if I ended up tasting the soup rather than getting someone else to do I could have broken out in Hives. I ended up calling the location and letting them know about the mistake, at first they didn't take me seriously - they said that I ordered the wrong thing. After a few minutes of chatting on the phone they asked me to come down and switch up my soup for the correct one, but at that point I was weary. Unfortunately this hasn't been a 1 time occurrence for me - over the last year it's happened about 4-5 times. I do really like certain soups they offer, but I'd be careful when ordering here - my recommendation is check your soup prior to leaving.

Used Seamless to order. No updates and was 10 minutes later than latest expected time. Soup was great. Salad was am overall disappointment, both in quality and matching the description. Factor of Sunday after Thanksgiving???
