Burger- Soggy burger bun, meat was good though. I thought for the price and the reputation the burgers should have been a lot better

I liked the kitchen setup. I thought dining room upstairs felt a bit like an afterthought- with the focus being on the downstairs seating

Mixed Experience - Disappointing Service
My first visit was underwhelming. The cashier was incredibly rude, impatient, and seemed to hate their job. I was interested in the different options but seeing I was dealing with a difficult person I gambled on whatever looked good. This negative interaction made me order less and dampened my overall experience. The restaurant itself was messy and disorganized, further contributing to the disappointment. The food was good, but not exceptional. It didn't live up to the online hype, and I found Five Guys to be comparable. Overall, the poor service and messy environment outweigh the decent food, and I won't be returning. Hasta la vista baby.

The food was great and it reminded of diners long ago. There was a wait which wasn't an issue but our server was amazing at trying to sit our group together at the counter.
Food arrived fast and was able to watch it being made. The combo was perfect, fries golden and burger patties smashed to crispy deliciousness.
A friend got the SpongeBob combo which was very presentable.
Dietary restrictions: Does not allow for substitutions.
This place is absolutely amazing. Best burgers in America hands down. The place can get a little cramped so if the weather is good I'd suggest eating outside.

Went here for the first time today. The classic smash burger was delicious. After I ordered take out, the cashier asked for my name and I did not receive a number for obvious reasons. A different employee was calling out a number several times, but not once the name of the order. I went up to ask if that order was for Steven since I didn't know what my number was. The employee gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me like I should have been paying attention. Absolutely disrespectful and uncalled for. Would not recommend if this is the kind of attitude people will receive.
