Hamilton hotel time square nyc
It all starts at the front desk. We had a 3pm Broadway show and a 3pm check in time. Shane was able to check us in early so it made our lives easier. Hotel location is great. Small rooms. Elevators (3), can some times be a little challenging. Clean and well staffed.Have stayed in 2 Hamptons in the Times Square area, this one I liked better
Very comfortable and quiet. In a busy part of Manhattan but on a side street near to services - particularly shops in Port Authority bus terminal and subway lines. The usual satisfactory Hampton hot breakfast, though starting at 7am that is later than most. Rooms a bit small, but well equipped and comfortable. The staff were particularly pleasant and helpful.
Excellent location. Very clean. Super clean. i felt very safe here, also. Good staff. Good breakfast, included. That really saves some money. Competitive pricing here, also. Elevators were working very well. If you want to be steps away from the theater district with breakfast included and want an excellent choice, stay here.
We had a group of 40 students here for 7 days. Kevin and his staff are the friendliest most accommodating I’ve had in bringing groups to New York City in 15 years. If you want amazing service and want to stay in mid-town look no further.
First trip to NYC in 40+ years and was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness, and attentive staff. Small but clean room with a view of the city. Breakfast and elevators crowded (expected in a large city) - close to Broadway Shows!
We went to celebrate a birthday and had stayed at this hotel back when it was a Hilton Garden Inn and liked the location even though it was now a Hampton Inn we decided to stay there again. Even though the name had changed, the staff was just as friendly as the previous staff. Especially friendly were the two ladies, June and Amy, who worked for Hilton Grand Vacations. Our room was clean and comfortable. If we make it back to NYC, this hotel would be on our list of choices.

The staff was awesome and caring. The hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are good size for New York. The breakfast was amazing. The perfect location in Times Square. Restaurants, excitement, and Broadway Shows just around the corner.
This is our 2nd stay here. It is the perfect location! Staff is so friendly and helpful. I have to give a “shout out” to Joseph and Fatima!!! I hope Hilton appreciates you two!!! Joseph is the bellman/concierge, and treats everyone with kindness and respect. He helped us with directions, tickets, suggestions- really anything we needed!!! Fatima is the beautiful lady who greets all the guests as they arrive for breakfast. She makes you feel so welcome. The breakfast is immaculately presented- thanks to her attention to detail, and hard work -and is always fresh and delicious! We loved our stay, and can’t wait to visit again soon!!!
Great location! If you want a central location close to the metro and walking distance to great bars and restaurants in midtown NY, this is it. The rooms are kind of small, but it is NY. We are hardly in our rooms anyway. We were always out exploring the city and just needed to beds to sleep. My kids loved the observation deck on top. I would put a few tables and chairs out there to enjoy with a glass of wine. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and Fatima took great care of the food. It was always a little crowded, so get down there early if you want to sit. Would stay here again

After reviewing many hotels in new york for mine and my daughters 1st trip here we settled on this hotel and it most certainly did not dissapoint... the reception staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are a really decent size, we had a twin double room, lovely and clean with a safe, hairdryer, iron and board, plenty of storage for clothes etc. Excellent location just off times square so a bit quieter at night which is nice..i think the worst thing in the hotel is that only 3 lifts for 30 floors, so at breakfast time it can take a while to get in a lift.. Would i stay here again.. MOST DEFINATELY... see you next year hopefully
