I'm giving this place a five star for the egg tart! I've been a egg tart fan for years and would drive drive up and down to Eastern coast for good egg tarts. For the tart to be a quality equivalent to Asia, I'm looking for the right consistency of the custard and flaky crispy shell. Harpo on Grand Street is good but crust not flaky. This is definitely my go-to spot for cup of tea and egg tart. Birthday fruit cake and pastries are awesome and not too sweet at...

Delicious and affordable buns and other things. I’ve never had an issue with service. It’s an in and out kind of place - as in, get your food and get out. I love their HK milk tea and the chicken sandwich bun (a steal at $5.25 for both). If you don’t want attitude don’t make a lot of substitutions and don’t ask questions! I am grateful places like this still exist!

Only an above avg Chinese bakery in most respects but they’re exceptional for their taro buns. The taro buns used to be much more stuffed but they’re still excellent and no other place has them in the neighborhood afaik.Their egg tarts are solid and they have moon cake when it’s seasonalStill, this is probs my fav bakery in the area
