Unfortunately, this is not going to be a pleasant report, I don’t know whether the chef was having a bad day, the state that was served should not have even made the grill never mind the plate. More gristle on the steak and actual meat, that was horrible, that was just the Food however I think I was going through a shift change, so we had two or three servers, all of them were fantastic to be fair, and deserve their five star rating. When we left, however, now I said there was no queue when we started, as we were leaving the queue was out the door to get in so I’m going to highly recommend if you do want to visit this place book in advance.

They literally cheated on me. Despite of putting a lower amount of tip, the charged my card for higher amount. This is a pure fraud.
They gave me multiple email ids to share the concern, but nobody responded to the emails. Called them multiple times, stopped responding to the phone calls. Terrible support.
Be cautious when you are paying gratuity at any Hard Rock Cafe globally. Keep track of the final receipt after you sign. Avoid getting trapped into this scam run by this brand cafe.

Wir waren als Gruppe in einem unteren Bereich, da war außer uns fast niemand, außerdem hat der für uns zuständige Barbereich schon früher geschlossen. Konnten dann leider nichts mehr bestellen und mussten gehen.

The host stand was terrible. They acted like we were an annoyance. Our waitress was wonderful. The menu is limited. Three people ordering the burgers and the fries were cold. Fourth person ordered the salmon. It was supposed to have a glaze on it. That was more like a full sauce and was spicy and did not say that it was at all. String beans were overcooked with corn and cooked tomatoes. The corn and tomatoes were watery and gross. Salmon was cooked nicely just had too much sauce on it. Was overpriced for what we got.

We had Great service and a great meal. They were able to get us in and out since we had a show to make. Highly recommend to make reservations as we walked right in and to our table.

The place is great but service can be hit or miss, we went to celebrate a birthday and we felt like they were rushing us out, couldn't even get a se one beer. Or wasn't even asked if we wanted desert. So it was not a good way to celebrate, we decided to go to an Irish pub to finish the celebration and we were treated fantastic there. So much for Hrs Rock service

Venimos todos los años por estas fechas NY y siempre comemos aquí, este año hay una cosa que no me gustó y fue que han eliminado muchas hamburguesas de la carta dejando solo 2 normales e introduciendo muchas Smash con mucha menos carne y mismo precio

We’ve visited Hard Rock Cafés all over the world, and the NYC location truly stands out. The vibe is incredible! We were lucky enough to visit during the launch of the new brunch menu, and everything was delicious with plenty of great options to choose from.
Do yourself a favor and ask for Lanita — she was an amazing server. The manager, Lucien, was equally wonderful and incredibly accommodating, even taking time to give us great NYC recommendations. You arrive as a guest and leave feeling like family. We’ll definitely be back!

I booked in advance as a birthday present for my grandson and said in the booking that it was a birthday. I'd seen online that birthdays were acknowledged if you mentioned beforehand but nothing was acknowledged which I was disappointed in as that was the main reason for booking there. Also we had came to New York for his birthday from Ireland and stayed in the Hard Rock Hotel. In the room where was a card for 25% off the Hard Rock Cafe which was a nice surprise as I'd already booked the Cafe,but they didn't accept it.

Took the family to NYC. First meal of the vacation and we went to Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square. Food was good and service was acceptable (Our server didn’t come around to our table very much, had to ask for drink refills too many times). The atmosphere was classic and the LIVE DJ was nice. Reservations are a must.
