Overall, I had a really good experience at Hard Rock -- which is not what I was expecting. I had the Messi Chicken Sandwich with Fries and it was quite tasty. Check-in was pleasant and they had our 9-top ready for us when we arrived. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely add it to my list of restaurants that I would recommend for out-of-towners coming to Broadway and want something showy, affordable, and convenient (and good for large parties).
We enjoyed ourselves at Hard Rock Cafe-NYC. We went there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Our waitress went above and beyond to make the time special by having fellow diners sing Happy Birthday. Our meals were hot and delicious. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in the city.
Good hamburger, average service, too expensive even if in time square, and lastly but must import... no rock music!!!
Food overpriced and tasteless except for my guacamole which was really salty - staff seem indifferent to customers and more into chatting amongst themselves
It was for a birthday and they sang and even gave a dessert so lovely little extra... Server was very attentive Martino I believe .. 1st time we came had no idea where to go and got sent to orange lights .. nobody helped us so we left... second time I booked online ... Meet and greet needs a bit of work đ
Es un lugar muy bonito , pedimos 4 platos deferentes estaba delicioso si papas con queso y beacon y cocteles espectaculares

No wait to get in, seated us immediately. Good atmosphere for rock enthusiasts, lots of history. Was a good stop on our way to a Broadway show

Alright, but the prices are ridiculous. I understand itâs time square, but Iâm paying steakhouse prices for a burger, nachos and some sweets itâs ridiculous. Almost $25 in liquids non alcoholic on top of my food. There should be no reason a cafe like this costs over 80$ per person for bar food. Good memories though this once since I came here in 6th, grade on a field trip, but way too overpriced, and the burgers are weird and came out cold and without cheese when I asked for it, plus I only had my nachos for under 10 minutes and they brought the burgers out which was just poor planning on their part, and the waitresses excuse was that âit usually takes a long time to come outâ, which indicates a lot of internal issues at this location. I like the universal Orlando hard rock much better than this one food and service wise though, a lot nicer. Wouldnât return on a future day, but good to revisit and reminisce.

Good service lovely meal would recommend..x
We have been to many Hard Rock Cafes around the county. Tonight we had exceptional service from our server Micah. She was very personal, great listener and made our experience very nice. Big shout out to Micah for a great job! In additional we met the manager Elise and she was beyond awesome. I can see why your restaurant does so well with leaders like Elise. We wanted to pay a compliment to her regarding Micah and we found her to be exceptional as well and really made our last night in Times Square a special and memorable one. What a great example of top customer service! My son Ryan and I experienced a terrific experience on our last night thanks to those two!!
