It's the third time I go there with a reservation and I've been having the same problem for the second time, both times I made a reservation I asked for a specific area for the table, and for a type of table, and I think that for the prices they charge us it's only fair that they read the reservation details or at least that they have a better attitude. The only time I didn't have a problem was at the bar and they were really nice, I remember a guy called Nini and he was great. Now, both times I did a reservation they didn't read it and didn't make it, they gave me the wrong table and the first time they moved us only because there wasn't people, but this time I went to celebrate my sister's birthday and they gave me a bad table, when I asked about the information I put about the table I wanted they said that I had to wait 20-25 minutes. I left and I'm never coming back. I'm very disappointed because it used to be a great place, but with this? The attitude and the atmosphere it's not what it used to be.
We had dinner before seeing a Broadway show. Our reservation was for 4:45 and we were finished by 5:45. Service and food were excellent, our show started at 6:30 so we still had time to walk around and look at the many different displays.
We reserved a table in advance for a party of nine. After waiting 25 minutes, we were told we'd have to sit at two separate tables—a table for six and a booth for four—positioned diagonally across the aisle from each other, not even connected. Service was just okay. When one table ordered appetizers and the other didn't, the first table received their dinners and finished eating before the second table's meals even arrived. At the larger table, dishes were mislabeled and mixed up, so guests ended up with each other's burgers and only realized after taking a bite. Fortunately, no one had food allergies. Unfortunately, the food itself was mediocre at best.
My New York burger was OK, but too salty. The main reason for my low score was the lack of care taken over my wife's meal. She is coeliac. She ordered from the gluten free menu and told the waitress about being coeliac. She was already a bit unhappy because gluten free fries were not available. She had mash potatoes, but who really wants mash with a burger. When her burger arrived it was covered in shoestring onions. Luckily she remembered from reading the menu that her burger was only gluten free without the shoestring onions. If she had not noticed this she would have been very ill. We told the waitress. She was apologetic and said she would have the food changed straight away. She seemed to fully understand that a new meal was needed, rather than only removing the offending onions, to prevent cross contamination. When the meal was returned, it looked as though a completely new burger had been provided. However, the mash potato had a shoestring onion on it. It was only one, but that's more than enough to make a coeliac very ill. The most likely explanation for the presence of the onion was it had fallen onto the potato when the previous burger was still on the plate. My wife didn't want to create more fuss by asking for different potato. She hadn't really wanted it anyway and I had almost finished my burger by then. I said I'd eat the potato so as not to waste it. However, it was too salty for me to eat after my salty burger. We didn't want to risk staying for dessert. This was really careless from HRC NY. It was my wife's 60th birthday and she chose HRC because she really likes it the food and service in London. However it was a very bad experience, which spoiled her birthday. Coeliacs and others with gluten intolerance should stay clear of this place.
Food was really good, our waiter was excellent. In all lovely experience and we would probably have enjoyed more if we weren't all so tired after having a day's travelling. We will go back while here!
We traditionally visit Hard Rock Cafe everywhere we go, and we couldn't miss the NYC one. A great place to have a good dinner in an energetic environment, with good music going on for the rest of the evening, great service and great people. We had a great time, probably the best HRC we tried yet.
Great atmosphere, lovely food even get a free cheese cake for anniversary (much appreciated). Great service. Would recommend going.
Great experience at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square! The burgers were super tasty :-D highly recommended!
Posto non così caratteristico come mi aspettavo . Vecchio locale , cibo scarso e poca scelta. Rapporto qualità prezzo scarsa .
Our waitress was awesome. She made friendly conversation, tried to find common ground, and remembered every detail. She was very accommodating with my special dietary requests as well. The food was good, standard hard rock fare, but it was the service and ambience that made it a great experience! Also the location can't be beat. It's no hole in the wall, but if you're entertaining NY first timers or young kids, it's a gray option.

Too cold +++ I asked about details about the frozen A/C Impossible to stand : high level of A/C is used to rise guests'turn over Can you believe that ??? 😡
Good value for NYC. Great location and food was good. Worst service we have had in over a week. It is likely isolated to our server who was unsatisfactory.
It was an amazing time as always since day one. I look forward to my next time going back. Thank you again for the great service and food and drinks.
Great place, like every Hard Rock Cafe I've visited around the world. Special thanks to Levon for the excellent service. I had no issues with my son's multiple food allergies (EGGS, GLUTEN, WHEAT, CEREALS). They even prepared a burger without the bun, since they weren't sure whether it contained egg. The only downside was the temperature inside — maybe a little too cold. But I guess it's normal in New York, where every restaurant or diner seems to keep it at 18 degrees🥶
It was too cold in the restaurant. The raison was the airco. We eat as fast as we can to leave the restaurant. After 5 minutes the food was icecold. They couldn't tap a nice beer because the tapinstallation was frozen. Take advice for the temperature at a brewery, for example Stella.
