Disappointing Experience at Hard Rock Cafe Niagara Falls
This was my second visit to Hard Rock Cafe Niagara Falls with my family, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. During our first visit, we had a great experience with a wonderful server named Mike, which is why we decided to return. However, this time around, things took a completely different turn.
Mike was just finishing his shift, and we were assigned to a server named Kayden. From the beginning, her attitude was unwelcoming. Despite available seating, she refused to let us sit comfortably and intervened abruptly when two kind staff members were trying to accommodate us. What truly shocked us was when she said, “I’m going to be your server, so watch out,” which came across as both unprofessional and threatening.
We were simply there to enjoy a family dinner on a rainy evening, but the discomfort caused by her behavior left us with no choice but to leave. It was deeply disappointing, especially after such a positive first experience.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. No guest should be made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe by a member of the staff. Customer service and respect should be consistent, no matter who is serving.

Me and my boyfriend came here on a gay date night last week and had a wonderful time together! We r from DE and drove up for dinner and a show. We both got burgers and we loved them! Cooked to perfection as well. We sat in a booth and had a great time together! The decor here is unlike any other hard rock I have ever been to. We sat at a booth because tables make u look low class and inferior and submissive. If you don’t wanna get bullied and picked on by me and the frat boys u must sit in a booth. Me and the frat boys will look down on anyone Sitting in a table. Me and my boyfriend will definitely be back here again we had so much fun looking down upon other diners sitting at tables. This is an awesome LGBT friendly restaurant as well! Definitely come check this place out.

Our waitress was lanita the most personable, efficient waitress that has ever worked with me so sweet and always had hustle in her step. The food was good but not for what it was worth. However her service made everything so smooth so I didn’t even think twice about the price.

Food has been medicore at best the last few times I've been there. This last time was the last time. I got the Legendary burger close to around noon before the lunch rush and you could tell that they gave me a burger that's been sitting around. The meat was very dry, way overcooked, and was like charcoal. It was far from legendary in every single way.

Our experience at the Hard Rock Café was fantastic. Although we initially had to wait for a table, we decided to sit at the bar, and the service was excellent. We had burgers and beer, which turned out to be the best meal of the day. The décor, filled with rock 'n' roll memorabilia, really made the experience special. I’ll definitely return when I'm back in New York.

The idea of having various staff attending to our needs has never been an issue but this time, felt really impersonal. As for the food, I wasn’t impressed by the quality.
