It was not the same experience as at other Hard Rocks. Hand in hand, the prices are very high compared to other Hard Rocks, the food is quite scarce and the presentation is very poor. The place was not very busy, and they tried to remove the plates with food still on them on two occasions.

When in NYC and specifically Times Square you have to make time to visit the Hard Rock Cafe particularly if you're a music fan! I'd never been to the cafe in New York before but from stepping in you just feel such a vibe as you go down the stairs.I visited twice in my trip. First time I had the smashed burger with Swiss cheese & mushrooms, my goodness. So good! Had a cocktail too (Bed of roses mule) why the hell not. Beautiful! The 2nd time I tried a Manhattan. My last night there before flying back so again why not. The atmosphere is wonderful too. Sport on the TV, great music. Perfect!The memorabilia here is great too. Some wonderful additions. Spent a good bit of time walking around and seeing what was on offer. Won't provide lots of photos as they are things you should see for yourself.The gift shop has everything from shirts to hoodies, keyrings, pin badges. Just so much stuff. Location is great. Right in Times Square. Just a really fun place.

Solid food, very friendly staff, unfortunately very loud... we had canceled a special bar stool... and unfortunately ended up sitting there with the children...Vegetarian options: Nachos, salmon, great salads,...Kid-friendliness: Kids Menu - and there was a Messi ball in the shop

Everything was great except, where is the rock ? only pop/trendy/famous songs were playing :( I did a lot of Hard Rock Cafés around the world and this was the only one who didn’t even play 1 rock track (good spicy shrimps btw)

Wait a little long to get a table (45min) but given where the restaurant is located we completely understand itOn the other hand, 1 hour to be served, the waiter was a little embarrassed and apologized regularly.Not an exceptional meal, lack of flavor.... And inevitably salty addition!I don't necessarily recommend... For an American experience you can definitely find better!Too bad because we've had several Hard Rock cafés and we've never been disappointed.
