Staying at Park Lane and decided to pop in for a drink.Ambience was nice however as others have mentioned service was lacking. Only person there, sitting at the bar and it still took the bartender 5 minutes to take my order.Wanted a vodka martini. Came back looking like trouble but then noticed the huge piece of ice which when removed made my drink much, much less impressive.Price was actually not bad for Billionaires Row but still for a well drink small vodka kind of expected more. At least I got a free glass of water (which I asked for) out of the deal.

Lovely place, nice staff. We got charcuterie board and cocktails here and all of that was pretty great. Would recommend specially if you are staying in this hotel as it is pretty convenient for a late night cocktail.

I stayed at the Park Lane Hotel for a few nights this past week Dec 2022. Shepherding out-of-state guests for the most part but then set aside Saturday night to lure old friends from Long Island & NJ into the City. The staff did an amazing job for the table of 5 of us. Yes, I spent a lot of money but we had a lovely reunion. The food was above good, lovely cocktails & very kind & attentive servers. I will probably stay in this hotel again in part because of this cute bar

For the price in which you're paying per meal I'd defintely expect a better quality. The eggs and potatoes were served at room temperature. I guess the connivence of the hotel but it was lack luster and defintely not worth the extreme price. The staff however was immaculate and thats why I'd give them 3 stars.

My father picked this place because it was in his hotel, I should have trusted the reviews I read. Stay away, all the reviews are correct. This place is horrible. Choices on the menu are a $28 burger, $42 pasta or a $120 steak. My burger was okay but not much better than a Five Guys burger. Reason for 1 star is we ordered a Caesar salad because they had nothing for my daughter. We asked for dressing on the side. They put dressing on it. So we asked them to redo it. 5 minutes later they brought the chicken on the side. Again I explained we only wanted salad with no dressing. We got a plate with romaine lettuce leaflets and cheese in a bowl. See picture. Total mess for $25. And what made me the most upset was a waiter who walked up to my 10 year old daughter and said" you want a soda? A coke?" Dude, don't offer my kid a soda. Overpriced and not worth your time to many other great restaurants.
Harry's is a fantastic restaurant! The service was top notch. The food was wonderful. It came out in reasonable time. Very clean and very romantic atmosphere. I definitely would recommend this place. Do yourself a favor and try the Harry's burger, It's to die for and a wonderful selection of wine!

What a fun bar, the service was really good and exciting. Definitely a place to check out , the ambience is also really cool and exotic . Definitely a place ill be back to and highly recommended. Really good choices or drinks as well.

Terrible service, it took more than 1 hour to have a portion of French fries… asked a steak tartar as a main and the dish came 40 minutes before my husband dish. Should we sit in different tables??????

While staying at Park Lane, we went to Harry's twice. Just like everywhere else in the hotel, the staff was so incredibly kind. Service was beyond five-star. Breakfast was delicious. The burger I had for lunch was great. The Bloody Mary was on point. No bad things to say at all!
