Location was nice and service was good. But we were not happy with the food. We have ordered Salmon dish and it tested like nothing at all. Pasta was good but the chicken over pasta was terribly bad. I would not choose this place for next time just because the food tastes.

The food in the service were excellent. I did think that some of the dishes that we ordered should've come with a side like a potato, but it did not. We ordered the truffle fries. They were delicious overall very nice new place that we discovered.

This restaurant can be difficult to get to especially if you are waiting for the elevator to the top. I didn't realize you also have to walk through the lobby of a Chinese(?) hotel to get to the rooftop elevator. Not as crowded as I expected. Food and service were superb. Not overly pricey!

Second time at Haven. They have limited gluten free options, but still had enough for all people in my party to be satisfied. Great "hidden gem". I always enjoy the ambiance during the winter season.

Went for the ski chalet experience. Very cozy. Best guacamole per my table mates. Had white and margarita pizzas that were delicious. Penne a la vodka had a nice mild kick to it. Lobster roll was a little bland and had a shell. Very friendly service.

Bella and the general manager were absolutely awesome!! This was such a perfect place to have our first new years meal!! The decor was gorgeous and view on the rooftop was amazing!!!

Nice venue and outstanding service. However, we were a bit taken aback when we arrived (party of 6) 15 minutes late for a 2 PM reservation that we had to order immediately as the kitchen closed at 2:15 PM. We did this and got our lunch. Our question is why offer the 2PM reservation slot knowing that the kitchen closes at 2:15PM?...

Today I spent some time with my family members in this beautiful restaurant. We had some wine and the charcuterie board and we had Luis as our server. The experience of this trip to New York it’s gonna be unbelievable. Thanks Luis for the great hospitality and recommendation. We’ll be back again.
