The Haven was excellent. My husband, our two kids and I had brunch today to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The food was delicious, the service was great and we had a wonderful time.

Service was friendly and quick...very loud food, calamari was extra rubbery, guacamole & chip good but chips were stale.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Haven! You still get the energy of Times Square without all the people shoving because you can hear all the sounds from below (as well as any helicopters above) but it's like a small open oasis in the sky! Located on the 8th floor of the Sanctuary Hotel, everyone was incredibly polite and professional when we walked in, and the small lobby area was very cute and warm. The elevator was small, but 6 people fit and it was an easy ride to the 8th floor. The restaurant was bright and filled with flowers, and everyone working was very nice and helpful. We were lucky because they were doing a photo shoot of plates next to us as we arrived and I chose the tuna tartare because it looked so good on the sample plate. It did not disappoint! We had mocktails, truffle fries, and a margarita flatbread pizza, and everything was delicious. Bathroom was clean. Chairs were comfy - kind of like plush outdoor furniture - although a tiny bit short for the table height. But I'm also 5'2” and that happens a lot to me. Overall, a wonderful place to feel like a tourist at home, and I'd be pleased bringing visitors as well.

Great ambiance. My cosmo drink was good. My food looked good but was not very tasty. However, I enjoyed my time and would try it again.

Not worth the money. The food was just okay and overpriced. the music was too loud to have a decent conversation

Very limited wine selection, but an interesting and varied menu, good guacamole, penne vodka had a nice amount of spice. One of us had the clams in white wine sauce which was not as good as the same dish at an Italian restaurant yesterday and Haven does the now popular, but annoying, practice of serving the clams in their shells. We don't need to pick each clam out of its shell to know it's a clam! Haven would be a fun place in warm weather.

Great service and and good food. We caught Haven on a slow day and the staff was great. The food was good, but overpriced for what we got. The decor was dated and well worn. Definitely felt like we were paying for the proximity to times square.

Haven Rooftop is a lovely place for a special dinner in New York. The decor and views create a magical atmosphere, perfect for occasions like Thanksgiving. The turkey was exquisite, perfectly prepared, and the service was attentive and friendly, making the experience even more memorable.

We spent an unforgettable night in a unique environment. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to enjoy a special dinner in the city.

Calm place. Pretty quiet, but the steak was delicious. We went for the happy hour and the drinks were not light which really made it worth it. The food is a bit expensive so this is a nice little date night spot.

Honestly, the atmosphere is good, services as well, but it’s overrated, cocktail are expensive and not good.

The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We sat at the bar because they were booked out. Our bartender Ms.Cansu was amazing. I mean she fixed our drink from another bartender, recommended other delicious desserts and was a pleasure to speak with. I let the manager know but I hope she sees this as well. We came all the way from Arizona!

Dropped off my bag and coat in the coat check last night and had $41 cash in my wallet. I am missing $20.

Haven Rooftop delivers an incredible brunch experience in the heart of NYC. The highlight? Their French toast, stuffed with luscious blueberry cream cheese, is a decadent masterpiece. The balance of tangy berries with the creamy filling, nestled inside perfectly caramelized bread, is unforgettable. The rooftop setting, with its panoramic city views and cozy-chic vibe, makes every bite feel indulgent. From the attentive service to the vibrant yet relaxed ambiance, this is brunch done right. Five stars for a meal that’s as stunning as the skyline!
