Everything was great, service was meh. It seemed like because we were a younger couple they didn't want to serve us the same as older couples near us because they probably thought we wouldn't tip them as good. Other than that food was great, scenery was amazing and so was the food.

This was my third time dining at Haven Rooftop! The menu is outstanding and perfect before a Broadway show. The service was excellent and the dinner delicious! The decor and ambiance with panoramic views in the heart of midtown make it a favorite. Not to mention the elegant hotel lobby when you enter. It has been an exceptional experience every time I have dined there.

Haven Rooftop's food is always delish. However, I will say it wouldn't hurt to have complimentary dessert for birthday's especially since you chose to celebrate and dine there. Overall food and service was great.

I have dined there several times and always have a great experience. The service is outstanding! The food is delicious and the atmosphere beautiful! Weekend or weeknight, the noise level is fine. I can converse with my friends without shouting. I look forward to dining there again soon!

Our waiter was exceptional. The view was good of the church next door—gargoyles! yet not a true skyline NYC view as the rooftop is lower than several surrounding buildings. As my husband said, the food was ‘hotel food,' which means good but not great. He ordered the strip steak, with fries. I had penne with vodka sauce—pretty certain pasta from a box and sauce from a jar. Guac and chips appetizer was very good—homemade chips salted well and guacamole flavorful—and now I'm wondering this wasn't from a bag and jar considering how I felt about my pasta. Also terrible presentation for guac and chips. Cheesecake and chocolate cake for dessert. Chocolate cake was very moist and decadent, cheesecake fair. Paper angel wings decorated my chocolate cake—don't put anything inedible in food! So overall 3 stars out of 5. Thanks

The food a drinks were great, setting was on point, and the rooftop decor was A+. We hah a reservation so there was no wait time which was great. When we sat down we had a server that was very attentive and kind, about 20 minutes into our dining the had to switch servers. The second server was not attentive, she didn't ask if we even needed refills, or just to see how we were doing. There was another young man that was not a server that gave us refills, took out empty plates an checked on us. He was so kind and sweet I even gave him a cash tip. I tipped my server only because I would never not tip, but the tip I gave her was most definitely not deserved. Other the that I would definitely come back to dine...thank you for making my mothers 65th Birthday an experience!!

Service was slow and unreliable. We were told the bartender “had an emergency” so our drinks were going to take a minute. The server did not take our food order because he “assumed we were just here for drinks” but he never asked and only one of us got alcohol. Would have ordered a second drink but the server didn't return until after the appetizer was delivered, cleared, and the food had been dropped.

Very cool place in midtown, great vibes, good for private parties or just to hang out and have a rooftop experience in the heart of the city. Great menu selection/variety of option to cater to all tastes, everything is fresh and delicious, fun drinks menu too, service was amazing
My filet was over cooked but the staff was vey gracious and was willing to remake it. Otherwise, eveything was great.

Although we showed up a bit early for our reservation, we were taken in immediately and seated. Food and drinks were really good. While the prices seemed a bit much at first, we could see the value in both the quality and quantity of food. Would definitely recommend for a nice lunch/brunch.
