I want to give a higher rating but there were several factors leading to my 4. The wait in the lobby was quite long even though it was after our reservation time. It was so hot and stuffy and not enough seating for the # of ppl waiting. We finally were called to go up elevator. The view is beautiful, with the greenery and decor. However we were seated in front of the kitchen counter where the wait staff gathered and entered orders into computer. Again it was so hot, no air movement. The waiter was very nice and helpful but never asked if we wanted another drink or checked on us until we finished eating and were ready to go. We would've had another drink or atleast more water. The seared tuna and truffle fries were delicious!

We've enjoyed our night since it was my boyfriends birthday. The food and drinks were good, view wasn't but that's just because the weather. Definitely worth another try when the sun is out!

The rooftop is beautiful, better than the pictures. It has a nice vibe and we enjoyed the food, especially the cauliflower entree. Great place to go if you're looking for a nice experience or celebrate a special occasion

We stayed at The Sanctuary Hotel, where we had an amazing stay so we decided to make a reservation at The Haven for dinner and drinks. We were greeted warmly and taken up to the bar. We were immediately seated in a corner booth with an awesome view of the streets and buildings below. We began looking at the menus and realized 15 minutes in that no one had approached us at all. We continued talking, assuming they were busy, and 25 minutes in, we had not been approached for our drinks yet. All of the tables around us had been taken care of and were eating and drinking, yet we still waited. We saw a waiter come by and made eye contact with him. He looked down at our table and kept walking. We assumed he’d be back but he never came, so we left. Terrible service on their part, but the atmosphere was pretty nice. Definitely won’t be back though.

Ugh. Went for the eclipse happy hour at 3pm per their invite on IG (and also a personal dm invite). Nice place. I sat at the bar for 16 minutes- only acknowledged once by an Asian gal setting up who warmly said "a few more minutes". They had a corporate party at 3pm and the staff looked completely unprepared and flustered. No greetings or smiles or more importantly service (a beer) from anyone. I left and got to see the eclipse in Times Square which was much better.

Place was really nice. Food was very good and the service was excellent. The only item we took exception to was the $50 corking fee. I guess I don't get out often but I have never paid that much to cork a bottle of wine.

Though the ambience was nice, the noise level was quiet and serene, and we were greeted by the hostess as soon as we arrived for our reservation, we waited for almost 30 minutes at our table without being so much as approached or brought a glass of water. We tried several times to gain the attention of a nearby waiter, but he looked our way and continued waiting on the tables in his section. Definitely will not be returning. Very unprofessional and definitely a let down for sure. We were very much looking forward to a wonderful evening of dinner and drinks on the rooftop, but instead looked elsewhere for our dining needs.

Beautiful sunny rooftop spot. Great cocktails. We had brunch before going to see The Wiz.

We waited 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged we were sitting at a place that requires reservations. The server never once checked on us during our time there. The food was good; however, the side of bacon was served cold, which meant it sat before it was served. With all the options in the city, there are better options.

Lucky the restaurant had a very pretty setting. Food selection was good but the quality of the food was 5/10 - Good place for drinks but not for a decent meal. Also, make reservations. I saw them turn out plenty of walk ins on a Sat night.

Pretty good spot for midtown, wasn't too crowded on a week night! Good place to take out-of-towners if you don't want something too touristy. Food is ok, not a ton of selection and more seafood based than anything. Probably better pricing for drinking than food, but pretty much as expected for midtown.

Great little spot but service was a bit lacking. Had to wait ages to get the bill and then they took ages to take payment. The server spilt my son’s drink when serving and didn’t apologise or offer a top up or to clean the table. At $19 you’d think they would have offered!!

The staff was polite and great ! They kept the drinks flowing for the bottomless brunch. The entree were well proportioned and healthy. I was expecting a better view. But the overall vibes was good & all of the staff were very friendly and attentive. From the hostess, to our server.

We had a bit of a disappointing dining experience. The service was good as well as our guacamole appetizer but my steak was overcooked and the mashed potatoes were cold. For such a cool location, the atmosphere was lacking. The furniture is worn and the chairs are cheap plastic. Also, $25 for a piece of cake is a lot when the entrees aren't super expensive.Needless to say, we didn't order dessert.
