I ordered delivery, they charge $29.94, the website indicates that there is delivery, two hours later they brought nothing. I called and they told me that they have no delivery and will cancel the order. The order was canceled and $28 was refund. They said it was an order cancellation fee. Although the cancellation was made through their own fault

It's.....fine? This is exactly what you'd expect from a no frills counter service fast food vietnamese place. You're not coming here for white glove attendants and ambiance.
Had the beef pho. It's....fine. Portion is standard. Beef is overcooked (as is typical) but flavored, some kind of sweet soy dip i assume. Broth is too salty for my taste but not overwhelmingly salty. No fresh lime or cilantro or jalapeno sides....left out (yes some was already mixed in).
Cost $16 with tax
Would i go back? Yeah, probably for a quick lunch. Just keep your expectations properly low.

Uuummm I am disappointed. send my assit. to order their chicken with rice with no veggies. And she came back with this. Few pieces of slice chicken that looks like you took out from a leftover breast and slap it on the rice. Your grill chick used to be so moist and have that tasty grill char taste which makes your food stand out and easy to bite into. But not sure what is going on with your chicken. The chicken is hard to bite and dry. I love your soup, but maybe a bit generous and make my $15 worth on a chicken rice order. I went to alot of viet pho place and their rice with chicken was worth the $10-$15. Not with a few pieces of chicken, this looks like a rip off.

Friendly seating and self service almost. You pick up the food at the desk when its ready and courtesy put the tray back when youre done so they can just take it.
Pho soup was flavorful and sweet. They already put in bean sprouts for you, which makes sense since the table space is so limited. You put in your own jalapeños if u want spixy, but theres also spixy sauce and hoisin on the table. There is V option(veggie broth of tofu or mushroom), so its convenient and you have options.
Very small portion compared to other Vietnamese restaurant. Hungry after the meal. Won’t come back. BTW, I have no expectations of service and atmosphere. Just want a fulfilling meal

Warm fresh grilled pork banh mi. Very filling, and tasty. One of the best banh mi I have had in New York. The ladies at the cashier are very kind :)

A true hole in the wall - only 5 tables seating 2 each - yet popular with the lunch crowd. There are plenty bad reviews but I find this dive adequate and nice. The girl at the counter was super friendly and efficient, the food was fresh, clean and tasty. Don't expect authenticity - for that, you are better off at a larger, more expensive Vietnamese establishment. Here you get a quick meal with Vietnamese flavors - not the real deal, but not too far off either. I was just happy to enjoy a bowl of vegetarian Pho, with quantities of plump and juicy mushrooms :-)

Didn’t get to try because the card minimum is 13 dollars. I wanted a chicken bahn mi which is 12.96 and she wouldn’t round up. Lmao.

Pho is really good, I recommend getting the grilled steak pho. Don’t get the combo - spring rolls and salad are low-mid.
Pho is the only star in this place.

Tasty Vietnamese food hidden in a small alcove inside the bustling streets of New York City.
I ordered the shrimp vermicelli and found the food to be fresh and tasty. The price was higher than I’d like for the portion, but it was still reasonable. Service and atmosphere were nice, and the inside temperature was just right.

Poor customer service. Food is mediocre at best. When you get pho with pepper in the broth, you know it's not authentic.
