I work nearby so I've come here quite a few times. Every time I come they're stingier than the previous time. The portions are tiny: there's literally like one small piece of tofu cut up into smaller pieces in the tofu pho and one slice of jalapeno. They also make it so a sandwich is right under the card minimum so you have to buy another item to use a credit card. Service is lukewarm.

I was planning to eat at this restaurant since it came highly recommended by a friend—until she shared her horrible experience. Another customer accidentally knocked over her lemonade with their jacket, and when she politely asked the staff for a replacement, they refused. That kind of response is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic customer service. I won’t be spending my money here!!

food was a little pricier than I expected but still pretty good. the banh mi tasted great and the chai iced tea was delicious and refreshing. the woman that took my order was also very nice. its a quiet and cozy spot for lunch time with not too much foot traffic. could definitely see people coming here regularly for some quiet reading time.
