I live right around the corner and have ordered a here bunch of times and been very pleased. The spicy basil pork is delish! Last night I decided to try their pad Thai and was VERY disappointed. It was terrible. I just called to give them good and bad feedback just as I have in this review and the person on the phone just said “thank you”??? WTH? Maybe “I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy it”? Is a better response? Customer service lacking big time. People spend their hard earned money and it’s not as if it’s a super cheap eats. $20+ for a bad noodle dish which costs about 50 cents to make.

As a courier I went to this restaurant to pick up an order. The store employees do not help customers or courier employees in any way and this restaurant has very bad employees and is not hygienic. There is a female employee and she argues with all the customers of this store. I do not recommend this store to anyone. IT IS

I have visited all the restaurants in Manhattan. As a tourist, I have never seen a restaurant with such bad staff as this one. There is no hygiene at all, the staff prepares the food without wearing gloves and there were long hairs in the food. I told the restaurant staff and they fought with me, I literally do not recommend it to anyone.

I ordered the pad see ew with tofu and vegetables, but there was literally only one piece of tofu, which was kind of a bummer. It was tasty, but I would specify in the future that I want more than one piece of tofu.
This place is disgusting. Don't eat from here. I found a few roaches in my food when I ordered delivery. They're extremely rude. Read the other reviews if you don't believe

We ordered take out from from the Uber Eats app(we usually order from another app). They didn’t get our order correct, so I tried to resolve it with the cashier. She was dismissive and rude. She said I’d have to resolve it through the app. We support restaurants in our neighborhood, but I will never order from this restaurant again. The attitude and smart mouth of the cashier made this an awful restaurant experience.
