I mean this from the bottom of my heart . What in the world is this ??? I ordered 2 coconut sticky rice to go. First red flag was me receiving a block of rice in Saran Wrap. Second red flag was when I tried to transfer it into a bowl. It’s dry , missing that coconut flavor, and PUTTY. I have been ordering coconut sticky rice from my regular place since August and was close to this spot. I will never ever order it again. This is so disappointing because I really wanted it. Idk if it’s because I didn’t spend much money or because I did it through Uber eats pickup but no effort was put to even remotely make this taste good. Any liquid you see in the picture is me trying to save it !! Just ended up in the trash

I had a great experience the first time I ordered from here. The Pad Thai is great and it was made quickly. The second time however I ordered off of Ritual and had my order canceled. When I called to figure out why they just said the price changed. I would have been extremely understanding if I wasn't made to feel at fault for the mistake. They offered no solutions and were rude when I asked for clarification. Truly crossing my fingers I get my refund because the whole thing seemed off not sure why they keep their account active on Ritual.

When I called a couple of years ago, they told me that they use fish/oyster sauce in all their dishes. I stopped by today, and was told the same thing. This is a small, quick-service takeout place with a few seats--not the type of place where they readily customize dishes for you. There are other Thai places (as well as other non-Thai places) more suitable for vegans that are nearby.
They also offer juices, which are vegan--though this is not the type of place one goes to for juice.

Usually love this place and i’ve ordered here like 8 times in the last year but I just ordered tonight the pad thai noodle and it didn’t come with the peanuts so the noodle tasted bland. I called and they said they ran out of peanuts for three days. I asked why they didn’t call me to say they were out of an ingredient because I would have switched the dish and they said they can’t call everyone… It sucks paying $20 for a dish that doesn’t have one of the main ingredients. I would have ordered from somewhere else, which I will moving forward bc the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude (both when picking up the order and again when I called inquiring about the missing ingredient). very disappointed and taking my thai food addiction to another local spot instead moving forward.
