consistently long wait time, only one menu to view, no seats. just a small tea shop with a good menu of curated drinks. staff is helpful and kind, even if they ask if i want a bag in mandarin everytime.
Actually the best boba I’ve ever had. They use real ingredients (tea leaves for the tea and organic milk for the milk), and the flavor is just incomparable. Love this place, very happy that it finally came to NYC
Edit: Thank you for the reply. I visited the shop again on a Sunday afternoon and I was positively surprised by the rapidity of the service (less than 10 minutes wait). The drinks were very good and tasty too.
Good menu choice, however I have been here twice and both times I waited an unacceptable long time (40+ minutes) for a single simple drink. The pick up process is unstructured and unreliable. What's the point in waiting if you cannot even receive your drink. Strongly not recommended.

Probably the best pearls we've ever had and they pride themselves of not using artificial ingredients.
A more premium bubble tea with natural ingredients
Tried the mango peach one and it was quite good.
The wait was very long...the eta on the screen was 7 minutes but it took almost 20 minutes and then they forgot the pearls. Staff was great and remedies the issue immediately.
Will be back to try other flavors.
Great ambiance and even better drinks! The coconut mango boom tasted so fresh, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I ordered the matcha zen, and it was the perfect blend of flavors. I can’t wait to come back and try more flavors!
Best asian style drink in New York. A must try if you like fruit drink
Tea is good , very poor customer service
Absolutely abysmal customer service. I understand it gets busy but we waited FORTY minutes for a grape tea today. When we asked for a refund (after thirty minutes), we were informed they were "out of grapes" and that it would only be another five minutes (it was ten).
That kind of wait, without any explanation, is unacceptable at a sit down restaurant - there's absolutely no reason a bubble tea place should treat customers like this. The place was busy-ish, but it's not like customers were lining up down the block.
The tea is great but it does not make up for the lack of courtesy or professionalism. One star.
Not too sweet. BOGO FREE Till 11/3 then BOGO 50%OFF Till 11/8
Ordered many times, love how customizable each item is

A great discovery! It's worth the wait. Please don't miss it!
It was my first time to drink Heytea, and I absolutely loved it!
I ordered the milk cap for the tea, which is 10% sugar. The milk cap is delicious and you won’t get tired of it, and the tea also has a tea aroma~
Although there are many people, the wait will not be long. There is an app that you can download and order first.
Place was crowded both times I went around August during night and day. I got the yumberry (bayberry) boom which was seasonal at that time and coconut mango boom. Yumberry was good but more icy. The coconut mango boom was tasty and creamy and would be the drink to recommend for most people.
You can adjust sweetness which is great since I prefer less.
You can also give them your own drink container to fill up which is a nice gesture to have for reducing waste and you save a few cents.

Amazing tea spot for a quick drink. I had the Mango Bloom, which the waiting time was under 60 seconds. Good portion size for the money and it was very refreshing. Lovely staff who were kind and happy. Shop was very clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: Completely flat walk in, but does have heavy doors. I’m on a walking stick and I needed my dad to help open it.
