I’m writing to share a concern about a Wicked Matcha drink I purchased. Unfortunately, the drink tasted off and noticeably old, and it did not resemble the flavor of matcha or any of the listed ingredients.
I’ve had matcha many times and have also ordered matcha drinks from Heytea before, so this experience stood out in a negative way. The flavor was stale and unpleasant, to the point that I was unable to finish the drink. Given the premium pricing and Heytea’s reputation for quality, this was disappointing.
I’m sorry to report that the wicked drink tasted off and made me sick.

I think this is the best boba place I’ve ever been to…I’m going to be dreaming about the coconut mango boom for the rest of my life. My daughter got the supreme brown sugar boba and it was one of the best I’ve had as well.

Last two weeks ago, I went to heytea Broadway. Quality become lower!!! Customer service is also bad!!! Never come again !!

If I could put zero stars I would.. this is quite honestly the worst matcha I’ve had in my entire life. I really tried but after 2 sips I had to throw the whole thing in the garbage. Their were mucus like chunks of matcha very unpleasant. If your looking for a good matcha place during your New-York stay. Please don’t come here…
