My favorite place on the UWS -- a great dirty Martini, followed by oysters on the half-shell, a "slice of ice" and black beans. A wonderful night -- could barely notice the Canadian Wild Fire smoke.

We ordered a delicious salad and fries. The food was great. The restaurant was uncomfortable with sagging or broken upholstered booth and noisy. We moved to the outer area and that was better. A bit more comfortable and we could hear each other. Too uncomfortable overall. A shame because the food was good.

We really enjoyed the food. Great Chinese spare rib appetizer and blue point oysters. Chicken pot pie was the real deal and wife's Nicisoise salad was just what she wanted. Cone of fries came soggy and not hot but was replaced upon request without a hassle. Pretty loud both indoors and out. I would definitely return all things considered.
