I had the spicy garlic ramen.
It was good but I felt there is room for improvement. The broth could be creamier/volume and the straight noodles seemed like packaged noodles. They should use the same noodles from downstairsTottos.

The tan tan ramen was absolutely delicious, with a rich, creamy broth that had the perfect balance of flavor and spice. The edamame and kimchi were fresh and tasty, making for great sides to complement the meal. The prices were very reasonable, and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere—especially since it wasn’t crowded on a Tuesday night. Highly recommend for a cozy, flavorful ramen experience!

Our go to ramen place in Manhattan. Have tried so many ramen places throughout the city over the past 10 years and Hide-Chan is always our go to. The spicy garlic ramen and the tan tan ramen are particularly good as are the various appetizers. Everything is good.
