Had a pleasant time enjoying the night sky with my wife. The staff was accommodating and helpful with our requests. The drinks were good and it was nice to feel attended to. Food was great. Drinks were great. The staff/service was great.

We had a reservation for 11:30. The website says the bar closes at 1. We got up to the bar and they told us they were doing last call at 11:30??? We left. Utterly ridiculous you’re closing your 10x10 bar an hour and a half before the posted close time. Super disappointed, we’re from out of town and wanted to ring in the wife’s birthday looking at the city lights.

Worst Rooftop I ever was!! Please do not go there! First of all the view is not worth it! Second: the service was just the worst and please always cgeck your bill or they will charge you more for your food and drinks! The spanish speaking stuff is bad mouthing "behind your back" besides they knew we understood everything they said (one of us lives in spain for years and the waiter & her were talking in spanish to each other). They called us arrogant, were annoyed by each order / request we had, were rolling eyes on us in front of us, talked about how dumb we looked and the list goes on... The food is good but it is not served as described on the menu and asking for the ordered food just makes them roll eyes again. The glasses are dirty (lipstick on it) and if you ask for a clean glass, again: see the above and no apologies for the inconveniences.

This place was fabulous. This was my first time in New York and I was trying to find a place for my daughter's 30th birthday. I tried others that wanted me to pay up front. We had an excellent waitress and I wish I had gotten her name. The drinks and food were fabulous. They accommodated our every need, moving us 3 times. We had the place to ourselves at 8 at night just by chance and I recommend it a thousand times over. Just wonderful

The place seemed very depressing and quiet. The photos were a lot better than the actual place. That said the service was good. Didn't try the food so cant really comment on the food and the wine was good.
The bar is okay. It's a nice place to have a drink. It has a nice view and nice outdoor lounges. However, the bar staff are either inexperienced or downright rude. The bar itself is very small maybe 10 feet wide so there is no excuse for serving people out of turn. Later, a waitress took my order and forgot about it. For the price they charge for drinks, the service should be better. I guess you're paying for the location and view.
On a trip to NYC, we booked one Saturday night my daughter and I. When we arrived, no one to welcome us, we went upstairs and a server told us that there was a private event. Why not let us know when you book? We then went to what looks more like a balcony than a terrace, we ordered drinks and food, the server brought us the drinks after 30 minutes, and we had to wait another hour for the food! 1h30 waiting to be served!!! No excuse from the waiter who was very arrogant, he served us an extremely spicy soup not edible, when it was not noted on the menu, and three small burgers, without the potatoes and salad on the menu. A total lack of respect from the staff!!! This was our last evening in NYC and my birthday, our final stay was spoiled by this experience. New Yorkers and tourists, run away!!!!

They cancelled my reservation twice. The first time they at least called and explained why they are cancelling and promised a discount and drinks on the house the next time I visit. The next time which was a week after the first time, I just got an email that my reservation is canceled without any explanation. I don't think I will ever try to go there again.
